This is my first trip with Titan, a trip to Cairo and Alexandria, and a Nile cruise.
The organisation was efficient; the programme varied and comprehensive.
The hotel outside Cairo was excellent, especially the food; the boat was comfortable although the room sizes varied.
The tour manager, Hashim, was well organised, helpful and friendly, and Tamer, the Egypt specialist and guide, was extremely knowledgeable, and his commentaries were well planned and delivered clearly.
One suggestion for improvement: when we went to Alexandria, I would have liked to see something of the famous historic centre.
In sum, I can fully recommend this enjoyable and interesting trip.

The tour of Cairo and the Nile was packed with fantastic sights and was very well run. Our Egyptologist was a mine of information which was put across to us succinctly. Egypt is a fascinating, welcoming country which is a must visit for all!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this 30-day tour which was taken way beyond our expectations by the presence of Gregory Colgin, as our Tour Director. Greg was with us throughout the whole trip and, from the first meeting, it was obvious that everyone’s enjoyment was Greg’s top priority. Always ready to step up to the plate, nothing was too much trouble for Greg. His encyclopaedic knowledge of New Zealand and Singapore provided both entertaining and informative narratives, along with inside information and his humorous asides. We were privileged to have the tour director services of Gregory Colgin, a privilege also shared by Titan Travel.

What a great trip that totally exceeded my wife and my own expectations. A trip made even more special because we had the privilege of Gregory Colgin as our Tour Director throughout the 30-day trip. Greg is the personified version of excellent customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for Greg in his quest to ensure everyone got the very best possible tour experience. He has an incredible breadth of knowledge and insider information that he readily shares to enhance his client travellers’ experiences. During our tour, he readily stepped outside the box to provide help and support to fellow travellers when personal issues arose (even unrelated to the tour) that could have otherwise ruined their holidays. Gregory Colgin is an absolute credit to Titan Travel’s tour director team.

Poor booking experience. The ‘My Titan’ link is not functioning so details/documents are sent out (from an agent) in multiple e-mails with attachments. It is impossible to view all travel details in one organized place on my phone.All very messy and confusing. The Titan help-line was useless apparently the website is being ungraded but they have no idea when this will be completed, they have no means of checking seat upgrades, I have just being passed back to Virgin Atlantic or to the agent to seek clarification.

Had a wonderful trip to New Zealand via Singapore. The tour manager Greg was fantastic knowing exactly what the customer would benefit from and was totally professional. We had an exciting itinerary with 4X4 wheel drive up a mountain and through rivers. Also boat rides to see dolphins we even managed to see a whale .
Our bus driver Andrew who was with the group the whole time we were in New Zealand was excellent . Just a perfect trip.

The booking process was excellent, Titan's booking agent ( Paulina) was very thorough and honest with answers to all of my many questions. I felt confident at the end of our two conversations that I had booked the holiday we wanted

Just returned from a memorable experience in the Golden Triangle and Ranthambore National Park. It was an amazing experience made exceptional by the team that looked after us. Especially the tour manager/Guide Hemender. It would be hard to find a more helpful, knowledgeable, interesting, considerate guide. He went that extra extra mile to ensure everyone had a wonderful tour and every problem was dealt with attentively and efficiently. That plus a great sense of humour made every day flow seamlessly even when the days were full on.

An amazing experience.
The hotels all exceeded any expectations I had, and all had their own character, especially the Ranthambhore Regency.
Plenty of choice of food, covering all tastes and appetites.
The coach was comfortable and we were well looked after on all our journeys.
Our tour guide, Hemender Singh Rathore and his team went out of their way to make our holiday an absolute delight.
Hemender in particular was knowledgeable, thoughtful and extremely patient, couldn’t have asked for more.
Would recommend this holiday to anyone.

Recently had a lovely trip ,'The Best of Sri Lanka'. Our guide was lovely and very knowledgeable, trips/visits very interesting and the Sri lankan people wonderful. I would definitely recommend the trip except for the final hotel, Cinnamon Bey Beruwuala where we unfortunately had booked an extra week. The staff here were great but the room left a lot to be desired. It looked very grubby and poorly maintained.
After asking to change rooms we were given an identical room that had been refurbished. It was a shame to finish the holiday like this.
The hotel in general was ok but needed a lot of maintenance, the rooms appear to be being refurbished slowly but the pool decking needs substantial attention. The hotel has a lovely pool and great restaurants, especially the Noodle restaurant, but appears to be missing any kind of shop for forgotten essentials, and could benefit from a travel guide/desk.
I general a very old style hotel in need of an overhaul, would not recommend it.

Hemender our tour guide made myself and sisters holiday an amazing experience himself the driver and assistant were all so very professional helping in everyway Hemender was so knowledgeable on every topic we asked all the hotels were amazing too we would definitely recommend the holiday to all thankyou

Superb adventure - manic … cultural … informative … a fantastic introduction to India.

I couldn't have wished for a better Tour Manager/guide Kam who was always on hand. His knowledge, pride for his country and sense of humour enriched our whole experience.

A big shout out also to the local guides who supported Kam to help the smooth running of the day; and an amazing coach driver and his assistant.

A truly beguiling country, shared with a fantastic group of people, and as a solo traveller, I'd do it again in a heart beat.

Colin Thompson was our tour manager on our recent trip to the deep south, he was very helpful and organised, making sure we had all information on tours etc and times for departure. He was always available to anyone who had a question. A great person.

Booking experience was straightforward and Nadia eas polite, friendly and helpful. Looking forward to the holiday.

I've been trying for a number of days to pay the balance due on my holiday. Keep getting a page stating that the website is closed for maintenance

Titan are an excellent company and provide the service they advertise in a professional way. Our tour guide was wonderful a helpful kind and considerate individual. Her experience meant we could all realax knowing we were in good hands.

This was our second tour with Titan. Pradeep our tour guide was excellent, professional and very knowledgeable. The Bus driver was fantastic and navigated many a tricky route.
Sadly the group of 35 was far too big, 50% larger than we were advised, which made it difficult when stopping for snacks and toilet breaks. The titan group was amalgamated with the Saga group which we had not been informed was going to happen. Although the holiday was great we were disappointed that Titan had not informed us that the groups had been merged. Due to this I will not be booking with Titan again

What an adventure !!!!!
Our trip to India was amazing and Kam (Tour Manager) was a huge part of making it so.
He is very knowledgeable, organisational and caring, and looked after us so well. His funny antidotes were hilarious and he made sure that we made the most of our adventure.
The Taj Mahal was the highlight, although everything we did or saw was equally outstanding.
Accommodation was excellent and staff were very friendly and attentive.
