Faulty pods, too much sugar in pods. Stuck with machine I can't return. Purchased a Tassimo Suny machine. Rang after a few days to advise their Costa Cappuccino pods were only giving 150ml of drink between 2 pods. At £6.99 a box this is expensive. Left with boxes of coffee that are undrinkable as there is sugar added to all their milk drinks. Cafe Au Lait my favourite coffee but is truly awful, far too sweet, 1 teaspoon of sugar in a pod. I drink my coffee without sugar. I am still awaiting the outcome of my complaint. I rang to return the machine within the 14 days and as yet no response. I received a partial refund for just one faulty box of coffee and £10 Voucher to use against further purchase but at £6.99 a box and £5.99 delivery this is truly terrible value. Totally regret buying this machine and Tassimo response to too much sugar is their pods is to drink black coffee or add your own milk? Plus the issue of faulty pods as well. I'm going back to my trusted brand Dolce Gusto Krups machine where pods are less sweet and far cheaper and more reliable than Tassimo brand. .

So basically they are the cheapest store to buy their pods so yes, you'll order from them. Then, they will mess up your order. Either cancel it or send the qrong order. Happened three(3) times!!! It's either their staff are dumb af or their still using windows 95. Man, if I were the boss of that company will defo screen my employee and fired at least 90% of them because what's the point of hiring dumb staff? Y'all need to attend training. Mess, your order apologise and give you 30% voucher which is always available on their website. Boy, y'all need to shutdown.

Such a shame, I had nothing but good to say about tassimo, until a issue with a delivery, have been ordering from the for well over a yr and never had a problem with delivery, but this time I did/do, emailed customer service, they said they were looking into it, got some weird contact from Amazon about delivery, asked them to email me and I would update l, they wk and half later I had still not heard from them. So I email again and 4 days later still haven't heard from them, at this point just want my money back and will buy from somewhere else, such a shame ypur customer service is so shockingly POOR!

Very good coffee and delivery was quicker than expected

I am a big Kenco Americano drinker and saw a great deal on Tassimo if you buy more of the same type. So I stocked up. Got my coffee within two days which was a little bit than I expected. Great stuff

Totally useless. Paid for an order that was on promotion, only for them to refund it and refuse to honour the purchase.

Untrustworthy and unreputable.

Do not honor their own discounts and cancel orders without prior notice or even an apology email. Avoid.

I made a purchase for a Tassimo coffee machine from their official website on the 22nd of May. However, without any explanation or prior notice, they have issued a refund for my order on 24th of May. This has left me quite disappointed as the coffee machine was intended to be a gift.

If you're thinking of buying one of these machines, there are a few things you need to consider.

1) This machine is entirely pod-led. If you don't have the pod you need for a particular drink, you aren't getting it (although see point 5). You can only use Tassimo brand T-discs in here, not Nespresso or Dolce Gusto etc.
2) You need to factor in the cost of the pods you are likely to use, as this system is more expensive than other ways of drinking coffee at home. Different types of drinks vary in price. The packs tend to cost around the same price, but the quantity of drinks inside can vary e.g. 16 espressos or 6 caramel lattes both for £5.
3) Are the types of pods you like available in a place you want to buy them? Supermarkets do not carry the full range, and the website can be costly to order from (£5.99 delivery at present, unless you buy a job lot). For example, there are around 6 types of espresso pods on the Tassimo website, but I only found 1 supermarket that carried 1 type of espresso pod in my area. They use Amazon Shipping but don't mention it, so if you have Prime, just use Amazon. I've found that the Tassimo website is clunky and has been difficult to order from.
4) Do you have any dietary requirements? If for example you don't drink dairy, or have to avoid sugar, you may have a much more limited choice of pods.
5) You can use the pods as a base to make other drinks with that are unavailable with Tassimo, e.g. use an espresso pod, heat up some non-dairy milk, add some sugar-free syrup and then you can have a range of drinks that are suitable for you. However, you will lose the 1 touch convenience of the machine faffing around with these other steps.
6) The Tassimo range of pods has proven to be unstable over the years, with some being discontinued. If there's a pod you like, don't count on it being around forever. Also, if you're thinking there will be loads of choice for hot chocolates, there are only two on the website at the moment, and only one type of tea (although why you would use a Tassimo for tea is beyond me).
7) The quality of all of the coffee pods I've tried has been average at best. Not terrible, but this is not a system for the fussy coffee-drinker. I'd say the quality is on par with a machine brew you might get from a hospital or office.

I do think that these machines are very handy for people in a rush, or maybe disabled/chronically ill people who would struggle to use another method to brew coffee. They're pretty low maintenance and if you get a cheap model, are much less expensive than a proper espresso set up especially if you prefer espresso or americano/black coffees.

I paid £5.99 for a delivery , later discovered the delivery was through Amazon with which I have a Prime account. I feel ripped off

Ordered a Tassimo Finesse with a trial pack of Costa cappuccino, latte, caramel latte, hot chocolate and americano. Delivery was good and prompt, discounted price very good. Machine works fine and we enjoyed the hot chocolate, but the drinks with milk pods were far too sweet, very slimy textured and left an unpleasant aftertaste. In fact we didn't manage to finish one of these drinks! When Tassimo asked for a review we gave them one star and made these comments adding that we would not recommend the product. Unsurprisingly the submit button would not work! We will not be ordering any more drinks and will probably donate the machine to a charity shop. Clearly not to our taste.

Like the machine, coffee is good, though lattes pods are really expensive. What bugs me the most is the design of the water reservoir. It stops working even though there is ample water in the reservoir. I end up wasting water every day and would not have purchased if I had realised this!

Wanted to return a faulty machine, they said they would provide qr code for return, not provided, rang again, qr code still not provided. Will not bother again, 3rd machine ive had which devloped problems within a year. Will not shop with them again.

As a longtime customer of Tassimo, I am saddened to share my recent experience with their customer service, which falls far short of the high standards I have come to expect.

After placing an order online, I was dismayed to discover a duplicate order had been processed, resulting in two separate shipments of the same items. Despite my immediate efforts to rectify the situation by contacting customer service, I was met with a disheartening response.

The representative I spoke with insisted that little could be done once an order had been placed, leaving me feeling helpless and frustrated. Despite my pleas for assistance, the lack of responsiveness from the customer service team only exacerbated the issue.
To make matters worse, I will be unable to refuse delivery of the duplicate items, meaning I will incur the inconvenience and expense of returning them myself.
Having been a loyal customer of Tassimo for many years, this experience has left me deeply disappointed. It is disheartening to see such a decline in the level of service and attention to customer satisfaction that once set this company apart.

In conclusion, I sincerely hope that Tassimo takes steps to improve its customer service processes and better address issues such as mine in the future. Until then, I cannot, in good faith, recommend them to others.
 

Be careful when checking out. The amount showing on your basket isn't always what you pay for. They update and add on delivery charge when your payment goes through so you have paid more than you were expecting.

Multiple pods exploded in my machine. Contacted Tassimo through their website and social media and waited 2 months for a response.
Customer service very bad

Daughter bought me a Tassimo machine for Christmas after my dolce gusto one gave up (had years and used lots)
Easy to use and clean however, you only get a quarter of a cup! If you add more water it ruins the taste.
Having to double up on pods to make a normal size cuppa, so becoming expensive!
I want my dolce gusto back.

Good machine, nice looking. Protective labels all removed easily except one marked "INFO SCAN HERE" which has left a permanent mark in the high gloss finish, tried to remove it, ended up taking more of the finish off. Doubly annoying because the website it supposedly takes you to doesn't work. Thats the reason I have only rated it 4 stars.
