Inefficient
Ordered just under £100 worth of coffee. No discounts, no offers. After I placed my order, multiple emails with offers when I haven't had my coffee yet. Had three emails so far containing order details over 4 days but no mention of tracking or even who is delivering my coffee, or when. Nespresso used to be so much more efficient.
Poor order management
I ordered vertu pods as they are only available from Nespresso directly. Two days later, my order was still showing as pending and so I messaged them.
The chat advisor told me that there has been an issue in the warehouse - a fact no one has bothered to communicate. Conveniently, my order was then being processed and would be 2 - 3 days which is their usual lead time. I did query if they could do anything to mitigate their delays but they just apologized and could do nothing else - very poor experience from what is meant to be a premium company
Having received an email stating I was…
Having received an email stating I was entitled to a free gift if buying a certain amount of capsules. I duly pressed ‘redeem now’ placed my order and assumed my free gift would be sent with my capsules delivery. I was disappointed when it wasn’t and on revisiting the site realised I needed to add the code aswell. I find this really annoying, I assumed it would be added automatically having pressed redeem now. The site isn’t miser friendly and deliberately fiddly.
Bought a machine a year ago - poor quality and leaks.
Bought a machine a year ago, it leaks and has been in their repair centre twice. The won't replace it even though they know its faulty because it wasn't bought directly with them. A great way of not having to deal with their faulty product. Awful service and their product is known for leaks and is poor quality. There are better more superior coffee machine you can buy - don't buy Nespresso.

Shopping on the Nespresso website is a source of constant disappointment and/or frustration. Just added 230 caps to my basket and entered code SIPNGO. It does not work, website does not know why but of course you can call customer service. This is typical for Nespresso. Nothing works. The Live Chat? Nothing happens when you click on that. Contact us? Does not open. No promo codes ever work. The shop doesn't even know I've been a Vertuo client for years so it keep offering classic pods. Don't get me started on trying to add recycling bags to your order. The entire shop is not intuitive at all. Then there's the 'Out of Stock' notice - everything is always out of stock. If you see David Beckham advertising the new line of flavoured coffee, or any other limited, seasonal line, or anything that customers actually like and it sells... it is guaranteed that this product will be out of stock. There's just no way you could ever buy it. Also, as a long-term customer there are never ever any discount. And lastly, the machine never exits the descaling mode; once you descale it's likely the green light will never come back. So all in all, Im stuck with Nespresso until the machine finally gives up. Then I'll gladly shop elsewhere.
Tubes were squashed an ripped
The tubes of pods were all in poor condition bashed and some ripped. The outer packaging was intact therefore the tubes were probably already broken and in poor condition when packed.
Needs improving
Coffee is great and the machine is easy to use. Customer service needs improving. No deals to suit the customer. Used to be loads of deals now none. Delivery charges too. App is pretty poor and out dated as cannot view all functions of your status.

New Latissimo One machine…
I ordered a new Latissimo One machine after having my existing Prodigio since 2016. The order was placed on 6th March and delivered the next day on standard delivery. Excellent service and delivery by DPD was great. I am very pleased with my new machine, especially the milk system as it is so much easier to wash out than the separate milk frother.

Quick Delivery
I ordered two travel tumblers on Saturday and arranged delivery to my local post office as I envisaged delivery would be Tuesday or Wednesday when I would be at work. I received notification that they were ready to collect the following day. Very quick delivery, well done Nespresso and DPD.

The only downside was that unlike previous orders this order was delivered by Amazon.. Driver completely ignored my instructions and left my coffee order on my doorstep, in full view of everyone passing by luckily we were back home around 20 minutes after it was delivered...
More strength please!
I have a subscription and as always, very speedy e-mail contact and delivery. I like the free monthly sleeve but the intensity is always much less than I have EVER ordered, so is wasted on me. Flavoured ones are a no-go too. An extra one of my favourites would be much more useful, hence the 4 stars.

This is my first Nespresso machine and so far I'm very pleased with it. I had a few problems with my initial registration and almost gave up but I did eventually manage to register and I then ordered my first selection of pods. This was late Sunday afternoon through the website and my order was delivered early Monday afternoon, now that's fast!
Hopefully any future orders will be that fast.
Recent cup order
I love how Nespresso takes the time and care to really make sure you get your items in great condition. My cups and my syrups were wrapped and in their own individual boxes so they didn’t get broken. I really appreciate the care.
