Well, I met a lovely lady online, we had been speaking to each other for some time, and we liked each other. I knew her birthday was coming up March 2nd, and wanted to do something special for her, with this being March 1st, I searched the Web for flowers and a delivery service that can deliver to Aksai Kazakhstan. After trying 2 others and no success, I tried RussianFlora and they not only delivered, it was on time , they even called to make sure she was home, what service...pricing, delivery, quality all went great. Now the next time I plan to send flowers I will call them first...great job, thanks.

I have a girlfriend in Russia, and I wanted to send her a special set of gifts from the USA for Valentine's Day. I searched Web and saw the best Reviews were for Russian Flora.. I contacted them and they were extremely helpful in gift selection, using the correct name of my girlfriend (Russian names can be confusing) and making sure the gifts arrived on time. My girlfriend was extremely please, I was happy and I would definitely chose Russian Flora again. The red roses were fresh, the candy wonderful and the Teddy bear cute. Thank You Russian Flora.

The order was delivered on time, far outside of the city. The product (flowers and cake) were great quality. Delivery person was very polite and professional. It made my mom's Birthday very special.

This company went out of their way to ensure that the flowers were delivered correctly. I had an incorrect address which they caught and worked with me until the error could be corrected, The flowers were fresh and beautiful and arrived as promised.

This was my first time using Russianflora. The service was professional, the response time was great, and the products delivered were excellent. I placed my order and forgot to add a card. I was contacted immediately to correct this. The items I sent were all of high quality - flowers, chocolate, and wine. The recipient was very pleased! I would definitely use this company again and, in fact, wouldn't consider using a different one. Highly recommended. And I almost never give this high a rating. 5 stars!

This is the first time we have sent flowers to our friends in Russia. I found Russianflora on-line and took a chance. The best chance I have taken in a long time. The service was great. I received an email almost instantly from an individual with questions about my request for delivery and explained about possible delays. There were no delays and receiving an email with a picture of my friend receiving the bouquet of flowers really topped off the experience. Now let me talk about price: I have sent flowers to my family here in the USA and it has cost me at least what my order came to, and without the extras, the card and the email.
