Great service, communication and products. The products always meet or exceed expectation, delivery is prompt and if there is any problems, the communication and service are prompt and professional. Never disappointed.

I have been a customer of RussianFlora for several years now across multiple deliveries each year. The wide range of products offered is second to none and the staff is exceedingly helpful and astonishingly friendly. The quality of the final, delivered product is always perfect. My friends in Russia have spoken highly of the contents of each delivery, including the freshness of the flowers and any accompanying food items including fruit and other perishables. As I have for nearly five years now, I will continue to rely on RussianFlora to deliver A+ products to my dear friends.

Hello, It was a nice experience. They are so helpful. Especially, the customer care service provider Ms. Lora Hudson was so helpful. She was so cooperative all throughout the process. I am really thankful to her. I could send my gift well in time. I appreciate her kind suggestion for choosing a nice gift. She helped me in every respect.

I needed a florist who would deliver in Moscow on a Sunday evening. I'm happy to say that Russianflora.com came through with flying colours.

Delivery delay corrected with the highest customer service standards fixing delivery and exceeding expectations. Will do business with her company whenever needed in the future like an old friend.
Thank you !

EVERY single staff member is professional, polite, helpful, accomodating and probably worthy of every nice word in the dictionary pertaining to a compliment. Much more tnan I can write here. They provide a wonderful service and compete customer care and that sense of a personal touch to everything they do and all the messages they send to keep you well informed of their deliveries - or whatever other service you ask of them such as courier services etc., , and keep you informed every step of the way, I'm never concerned that my requests will be completed successfully and professionally. As I said, I can't say enough positive things about Russian Fora and their entire staff.

Hello, this was my first time. The delivery came in time. IT was snowing and the car could not come through to my mother`s house. So the deliverer went by feet ca. 500 m to my mother and brought flowers. That is a great SERVICE! Thank you!

Excellent service! On time delivery. Very professional and caring customer representatives. Great quality flowers! Thank you for team service, great effort and prompt communication. Great job!
