Ace Baskets Anmeldelser

This is another year in which I am choosing AceOf
Hearts - possibility to send a christmas basket for our customer in many different country from one vendor is so much easier than you can imagine ! What is most important is team who helps you on every step on the way. This people can help you with everything ! I think that they don't believe in such a trivial thing as problem, for them is only all kinds of ideals how to solve any issue that may happend. They are kind, helpfull, proffesional and accompany you in every step. They are amazing people , thans for all your help guys.

Ace of Hearts Gift baskets went above and beyond in delivering to my son and his new bride a beautiful, thoughtfully curated welcome basket on their honeymoon. What was amazing was they found the correct remote Airbnb on a street with no numbers or names. They took the time to confirm all the details, directions and local contact information to successfully surprise them on St Lucia Island. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and for your local delivery person who made this all happen.

Ace of Hearts Gift Baskets continues to have great customer service. Each representative has been very helpful and supportive with all questions that have been asked. It is also very relieving that Ace of Hearts ensures that all gift baskets are delivered to the recipient especially as their recipients are international. Ace of Hearts Gift Baskets is definitely a reliable gifting site and my company will continue to purchase from this great company!

The customer support from Katherine was incredible, we used Ace of Hearts to deliver Holiday Baskets to several employees across the world and the entire process was smooth and efficient!

Easy to understand what you can and cannot send to different countries.
Ease of ordering and easy to see what stage your order is at.
Highly recommended.

I am so happy with the excellent communication and with the quality of the gift. Many thanks for ensuring that a combination Get Well and Birthday gift could arrive in Austria.

The whole team were wonderful. The gifts were delivered and were beautiful. They advised me and helped me change wording that I messed up. They were in constant touch with me, answer any questions I had and advised when the gifts were delivered successfully. I can’t praise them enough. Very professional and caring. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to family and friends.

1st time ordering and Cadi was extremely helpful and took the stress off and make the process easy and smooth. Tracking and updates via email ensured I got the latest info that my clients has received their hampers (which is real quick!).
As I am from Asia and ordering to several places in US, the time diff is crazy but Cadi stayed throughout my orders (which is past midnight his time), and I appreciate his superb customer service and quick responses / solutions.
