This was my first time having something delivered overseas. I am in USA and have found it very difficult to send anything to Russia but RussianFlora made it really simple. They eased my worries and had contact every step of the way. I highly recommend them. The flowers were delivered same day and she was very pleased. I have already submitted a second order. Thanks again RussianFlora, y’all are the best!!

When RussianFlora couldn't contact the recipient they emailed me and I forwarded the required details and they then emailed me back saying they had contact with the recipient and informed me the delivery would be made same day which they did and I was very grateful for the service they provided they sorted everything out professionally and as stated when ordering they went above and beyond couldn't be more than happy with service they provided a very big thank you would absolutely use again without a doubt so thank you very much again , and the recipient were more than happy with the flowers beautiful thanks again

With my fiancé being overseas, I wanted to send her something special for Valentine’s Day. The staff was fantastic in allowing me to create a custom order on such short notice. What I had envisioned came to life. To all involved, from the customer service team just sharing my vision with the florist who created the arrangement and the delivery. Everything was better than expected. An order placed in America and delivered in Russia, I could not have created a better arrangement myself.

This was my first time to use this service. My grandchildren live in Spain and I wanted to send them a valentine gift. My basket was delivered on time and just beautiful. I received pictures of candy and fruit basket from my son.
I am so excited, I asked that it be delivered on Feb.12th and it was. I will use Russian Flora again. Thank you to all who made this gift basket possible
