Nimbl are an absolute pleasure. I love how simple the user experience is for both the child and the parent accounts, it's really slick and streamlined, but most of all when I've had queries the customer service is outstanding. Quick, polite, personal and always happy to oblige.

Really helpful friendly adviser and very short wait time.

The Nimbl app was very easy to use and move money around. For children who had a part time job we could not find an easy way for the employers to pay into their Nimbl account. Finally it was a bit disconerting that when trying to close the account i was told that my e-mail address was not recognized but thankfully a customer support lady called Rebecca resolved the issue very quickly.

They've loved their cards, loved the app, it's been so easy to use for both them and us as parents, the customer service is fast and efficient, i cant fault them at all, highly recommend.

I used this for both of my teens and they, and I, thought it was brilliant. It gave the kids responsibility for their own money. Service was always excellent.

My daughter it is not old enough, and I end up not using the nimbl card, however I can say that the app/website is user friendly. Weekly money cap to spend can be set up, direct debits, etc. To add up, I can say that Rebecca from customer service is very helpful. Thank you. Overall I only have positive things to say.

I transferred some money to my sons nimbl card instead of my daughters by mistake. I emailed and asked if it could be rectified and was contacted almost straight away and the problem solved very quickly and efficiently by a very helpful staff member

Have been using Nimbl cards for several years now as my children's first experience with managing their pocket money. The Nimbl app and cards have been very easy to use and their customer support service is very responsive and helpful.

I've been happily using Nimbl for both my teens for years - since they were pre-teens! My eldest is finally 18 so I contacted Nimbl to get his savings transferred out and back to me so I could put them into his bank account and close his part of the account. Rebecca from Nimbl made this exceptionally easy and I have no hesitation in recommending Nimbl to all parents.

Great tool for helping kids become financially independent (whilst keeping an eye on them!) We used Nimbl for a period of years, always a quick response from Customer Service and no problems at all.

Excellent, easy to use bank card and app for teenagers to use. The app allows them to transfer funds between their current and saving accounts. My son and daughter both enjoyed this independence and over the years have become adept at handling their finances! If they lose their card it’s easy to log on and disable its use or order a replacement. Parents can log on anytime to check their balance, to set up weekly pocket money or send money anytime from family too for birthdays. It’s been a great set up and mine have just opened regular bank accounts now but I know they have learnt lots from their nimbl accounts. Many thanks, I wholeheartedly would recommend.
