Super fast customer service. Nimbl is a competitively priced kid's bank account and has great features to encourage children to save.

The issue I had with accessing my account online was resolved first time by the support agent.

Nimbl answered my query really quickly and efficiently and refunded my money straight away. I was very pleasantly surprised.

The Nimble team works effortlessly to resolve issues and consistently delivers outstanding services.

Unfortunately I had to close my account before I even got to use it. It is built with the concept that a child only has one parent. I didn't want to get into a biology lesson with them so I just moved on. Founded in 2010 and hasn't realised it takes two to make their customer base. They said they were looking into it but again, its been so long, its likely they are just sitting on the laurels and enjoying the income.

The card was used from the age of 10 years old. This helped my lad get used to budgeting and saving. It also gave him the confidence to shop on his own. He is now 14 and has his own bank account.

We had a nimbl account for my 2 daughters and it worked great. They have now reached an age to get a real bank account and the process to close the nimbl accounts was so simple and without fuss. A pleasant surprise

Time has come to close the account. Feared it may be a protracted process. But no it was actually a very pleasant experience due to the service provided by Rebecca. No fuss, no unnecessary procedures just simple and quick. Wonderful

Just closed my nimbl accounts after 8 years. Such an easy, reliable and generally all round brilliant product. Totally hassle free. I’ve only ever needed customer service help twice and both times it’s been efficient, friendly and effective. 100% recommended.

Easy to use account which is perfect as a first payment card for kids. Only current downside is you can’t put it on Apple Pay.

So easy to use and a great way to pay pocket money to your children and for them to learn about the value of money!

I have used the Nimbl service seamlessly for years but I had to cancel due to a change in our situation. The Nimbl representative handled my request promptly and was able to shut down the account within minutes of me confirming that is what I needed. Great customer service. More companies should take note of this.

Will not allow us to transfer money out of the parent account so we can close the facility - we have waited for over 20 days for a response from them - very happy to take money but not give it back......
