Every time I send money I am debited twice and when I get in touch with customer service they do not even have an answer and wait for weeks with no concrete response as if they don't know the reasons. If they can give a reason for money delays or double debits clients will be more open but their services are 0/10.

Okay I would like to say that I have been with a problem that have been facing me for two weeks ago but I have been talked with Nala app, mama Nala and others who have been responsible for conversation but after all seen everything now was fine and I'm glad feel with a habit that this is very very truth and is very good app with a good conversation as like me I have been sending a lot of money from here German to Tanzania at most likely 10 million, 20 million .I have been using this app so this app is very true and is very very good and I just encourage you to use it for sending money also their have good service with all the support that if he or she have a problem then everything would be solved in specific time , thank you so much for now I'm really happy to use this app thank you so much.

Excellent Customer Services
With my recent transaction, I had a problem with the delivery of money I was sending, it took specifically longer for the money to be delivered. I reached out to them via chat and readily explained to me what is happening. The transaction was unsuccessful and my fund was refunded to me right away. Talk about excellent customer service!
