The service at Nimbl has fallen off a cliff. I ordered a card for my youngest child about 3 weeks ago. It took over a week for the card to arrive but it could not be activated for some unknown reason. It took several days for any response from Nimbl. They told me a second card was sent (unknown to me… it had still not arrived). I have sent two more emails to Nimbl customer service over the past two weeks with no reply. We have no card, no communication. My older children used Nimbl cards. The treatment as a long term customer is atrocious. I will switch to a competitor (GoHenry or normal debit card). What a disappointment.

Complete irresponsible of the company not to get back to me straight away when my child was in need of money. Being 200 miles away from us.

This is such a great way to teach your children about money. Super easy app, notifications were helpful. Really great customer service would recommend on this basis alone! I set this up for my grand daughter its an ideal solution for their pocket money, birthdays and for Christmas.

There were different methods of communication to choose from and the response I received was prompt. The assistance I required was dealt with, with the same efficiency.

Nimbl is a fantastic ap enabling my teenage daughters to have a "bank card" without getting overdrawn or running out of funds. I was able to put pocket money and any extras for chores etc on as well as dinner money. I could see exactly where the money was spent which meant I knew they were getting proper meals not just drinks and crisps. If they were out and about I could add money in an instant to the card to pay for train fare etc enabling them to keep safe or pay for a meal if they were out with friends. I thoroughly recommend Nimbl.

Really bad customer service. I had an enquiry about my subscription as I had a question regarding the annual fee as I was considering cancelling. I tried calling the support line. All three times - over the course of a week - I was put through to a department that couldn’t help me, but also couldn’t transfer my call. I was promised I’d be emailed - which I was - eventually and only after my third call. At which point it was too late to cancel my subscription before the renewal date. I’ve been a customer for over 8 years and I’m frankly incredibly disappointed by this poor level of customer service. Do not recommend.

Super easy app, notifications were helpful. Really great customer service would recommend on this basis alone! This is a good idea for having accounts for children that are not your own, however for my own children I have found a more suitable alternative.

I have to say it has been a brilliant stepping stone for my children giving them the confidence and independence to be out with friends without worrying about losing cash and to make payments without the bank of mom and dad constantly there!

This is such a great way to teach your children about money. They have an app on their phone and a physical card. I can set tasks and pay in their pocket money. I highly recommend!!!

Nimbl was a great way for my kids to safely get to grips with basic banking, even just owning a card that they shouldn't lose. It was easy to interact with and use from both our perspectives and with the controls I had it gave me comfort that their money was safe.

My son was stranded and needed money. I opened the nimbl app to send him some
to find that it had suddenly dumped me out, would not accept my saved password or login details, and locked my account. I rang customer service, but they were " unable to help" because it was "out of hours". Absolutely ludicrous!! I now have a stranded child, and no easy way of helping him, so will have to physically drive to help him; not ideal as I'm trying to get to work. This is NOT why I got the Nimbl app, it's appalling service, and I will be closing my account. (She couldn't help with that either, which makes me wonder what, exactly they CAN do at 17:01 and why they answer the phone at all...)

Easy to contact and got a reply from a real person. Very helpful and responded quickly. Problem sorted. Company highly recommended 👌

I'm impressed with the security. I've had these cards for my children for a few years. In that time two cards have been lost which we were able to lock/suspend easily and once the top up system on the parent account was blocked due to suspicious activity. Very impressed.

I got this card from my daughter because helped her understand money how it used and how it could be spent. And it was good to know what she was doing on the card provides up to date transactions saving pot everything which was good for daughter. It showed me what she buying and be able to learn to trust her on what she could spend her money on. Keeps parent in touch. And updated. And you can freeze her money if she been bad. So win win for smaller hands.
App easy to navigate and easy to use for me. Good customer support everything.

Great customer service and resolved my queries very quickly without any fuss - I would recommend Nimbl to any parent with younger children looking for a safe way for them to manage their spending.

Great pocket money management account to use. Good easy to use app and very straightforward to manage funds with children.

I have been a customer of Nimbl for many years, both my children had Nimbl accounts. It was great for them to be able to have a good amount of independence and understand the value of their money, but still be able to keep an eye on things for them. They have now outgrown Nimbl and have full blown bank accounts of their own, but I think having the Nimbl accounts early own was really helpful in teaching them how to manage their money.
The nimbl service itself has always been great, and I have never had need to request any sort of support.
