We have been in our property for 4 months and it has been nothing but stress with these. They are awful at communicating with eachother and never help us with our problems. We moved in with many damp walls which they never mentioned until we found it ourselves- just been covered up with wallpaper. Contractors are shocking and leaving their tools for weeks without helping. Wouldn’t recommend

I have recently moved homes and used My Property Box - Darlington and they were superb. Rachel and Vicki in particular was extremley friendly and helped us every step of the way.

The customer service and communication was excellent and made the move for us so straight forward.

These people robbed me and my brother of admin fee and left us homeless my brother has mental health problems shame on you my name is Paul beevers my brother peter beevers paid with his Yorkshire bank card it was a property in easington village.no4 I will keep writing reviews on everything possible till my brothers money is refunded and I am trying to take it further for the missery you have caused look through your records I'm sure you will find it

We first used My Property Box a number of years ago to rent out our house, initially we could not fault the levels of customer service we received. First tenant we had was ideal everything was great. However over the last 2 years this had not been the case with the next 2 tenants, both ended up owing large amounts of rent AND our property needing large sums of monies reinvesting in it to bring it back to a liveable standard. Inspections were missed hence monies needed to reinvesting, work paid for then not done or done to an appalling standard. No one checked in on the "approved" maintenance contractors to see if said work had been done/was of a high standard. Phone calls and emails ignored towards the end and My Property Box still took their cut out of the tenants bond. Bond also not the agreed amount we had set far lower. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding service, don’t use any anyone else.

I have dealt with Sandersons Letting Agents for some years now and their totally professional approach will be carried forward to Mypropertybox. All the staff I have been in contact with re letting my flat in Darlington have been superb and I would like to give a special thankyou to Holly Dickinson who keeps me up to speed with any problems.. For me this is an essential service as I now live in France and need updating on all issues regarding the property. Holly has been brilliant in this field.

I have been with MyPropertyBox and previously with Sandersons for over 5 years now and have always found the service excellent. Really good and careful tenant selection and management service. Friendly and efficient staff who are a pleasure to deal with.

Very smooth and quick move into a rental property advertised and managed by My Property Box. The team kept me constantly in the loop and the online system is a breath of fresh air in terms of application.

I use this company to let my property and find them to be very honest and straightforward. They are efficient and friendly on the phone and I would recommend them to other landlords.

I let my property recently and dealt with Mr Mohammed Araf who made the entire process entirely streamlined and stress free for me. He made sure all relevant questions for both myself and the tenants were answered thoroughly and I will be instructing Mr Araf again without a doubt.

Paid fees and said we would be ok with one ccj. Turned us down and robbed us of nearly 400 pounds. 3 small children and no where to live. DISGUSTING!!!!! DO NOT USE.
