Stumbled across Aberconwy Resort and Spa by accident and had bought a brand new lodge the following week.
Hermoine was brilliant very capable and helpful with the whole process and we can’t wait to spend our summers down here with our family and grandchildren.
Definately an investment in our future

We looked at several places in the area and Aberconwy was by far the best.
But what sealed the deal was working with Hermione and Rick. No pressure sales, just a fantastic walk around the property, lots of great units available, and easy negotiation on a price that matched our budget. The views are spectacular and the entire community is friendly with lots to do nearby. We’ve been there a year now and wouldn’t change a thing.

We have just booked our holiday so we can only review the booking processs - this was fairly straightforward and we received confirmation very quickly.

We are on our second season at Aberconwy resort and spa. The location and facilities are second to none in the area. I’ve got to say we wish we had made the move years ago. 🏖️🍺😎

A lovely quiet site, the facilities in the lodge are excellent and the staff friendly and efficient. We had a fantastic relaxing week and have already booked again for later in the year. I highly recommend the site near Poole.

Nice park and location. Lodge was clean and generally good.
Unfortunately all power to the lodge went off at 19.00 and we have a 5 month old baby. Rang emergency number and a nice enough lad turned up 2 hours later with no tools and couldn’t restore the electricity.( it was dark by then and he wasn’t an electrician ). Arranged for an electrician to turn up next morning at 9 but unfortunately he sat in his van at reception (receptionist said she rang me but my phone wasn’t charged as we had no power.
Eventually I got the power restored myself so we could at least heat the baby’s bottle.
Receptionist told me ‘these things happen’ and only the duty manager could discuss compensation ( I only really wanted a free drink) and the duty manager would be on site after we’d left to go home, that was handy !!
Extremely shoddy customer service, no apology , no ownership of the problem, and fobbed off.
Disappointing end to a good week.

Heavenly escape. We purchased on site in 2016. It’s been an absolute godsend. We escape here almost every week. As soon as we get in the car, the stress is gone. The most beautiful beach literally on our doorstep. It’s dog heaven!!! The staff on site are amazing, grounds are always being tended. Owners events put on by the fabulous sales and reception staff.
There is the most amazing restaurant, hairdressers and spa on site.
I wouldn’t change ANYTHING about our experience here.

Easy no fuss booking

Being an owner on New Pines has given my family a new lease of life! Darwin Escapes have really got a hidden gem with this site, nesstled away from the hustle and bustle from the moment the gates open you pick up on the immaculate well maintained park. Everybody here adds to the overall positive atmosphere all taking pride in their holiday homes, never short of hello's or greetings to each other. Every single staff member is approachable, friendly and very well selected for their roles. Janine was the first staff member we came in contact with, what an honest, friendly, caring lady she is. She was very transparent when purchasing our holiday home and to this day will still check in with us. The entertainment complex is well ran. The entertainment team have the ability to read the room and work with what crowd they have in. My family are happy here, I am proud to be part of the community. I wouldnt hessitate when recommending New Pines to others.

A great experience at New Pines Holiday Home Park
I recently bought a new caravan at New Pines Holiday Home Park, and the whole experience has been fantastic. The park itself is beautiful, welcoming, and really well looked after, which made choosing a holiday home here an easy decision.
A special thank you to Janine, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Her kindness, patience, and genuine support made everything feel smooth and stress‑free. Nothing was too much trouble, and her friendly approach really made a difference.
I’m delighted with my new caravan and excited for many happy times ahead at New Pines.

I have owned 3 holiday homes on two different pitches at Aberconwy Resort and Spa since 2002.
My time on the park has been a big part of my and my families life and in particularly our leisure time, we have all met life long friends at Aberconwy.
We find the park relaxing, its grounds beautifully kept and the facilities perfect for our needs.
Nothing has ever been too much trouble when help has been requested from either the reception, sales or security staff, from lost keys to purchasing a new home, excellent service, thank you 🙏🏻

Easy to book and pay for effortless.

We recently purchased a lodge on site after it was recommended to us by a friend, and the whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. Hermione has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. From showing us the different options available to getting us into our first lodge in less than a week, everything was handled quickly, smoothly and professionally.

Even during the handover and afterwards, Hermione has always been on hand to answer any questions and make sure everything was perfect for us. Nothing has been too much trouble for her. She has truly been a star and made the whole experience exciting and stress free.

Since being on the site, Hermione has continued to go above and beyond. She has been on hand day and night even on her days off she helped sort out a delivery issue for us when we couldn’t get there, and the maintenance team stepped in to help as well. We also had a small issue with the electrics one evening, she responded straight away and it was resolved the next morning.

The site itself is spotless and incredibly well kept. We had actually been looking for around six years for the right place, but within the first visit to this park and meeting Hermione, we committed our hard earned money within 24 hours because everything just felt right and the process was so easy.

We love coming to our lodge, and even after buying, any small issues have been resolved quickly and extras have been added without any trouble. The maintenance team have also been brilliant sorting a patio area for us.

Signature is an amazing restaurant, and we love that we can be on the beach with our daughter and Labrador within two minutes it truly feels like a hidden, amazing beach.

We’ve only been on the site a short time but are already looking forward to spending many years here and hopefully even upgrading to a larger lodge in the future. We would highly recommend Hermione and the whole team to anyone considering purchasing here.

As owners at New Pines, we’ve had a truly fantastic experience. New Pines is without doubt the premier park in North Wales, and it’s easy to see why.

From day one, the staff have been friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to support us and make everything run smoothly.

The park itself is beautiful and exceptionally well maintained, with excellent facilities and plenty to enjoy. It’s a place where you can genuinely relax and feel proud to spend time.

What really sets New Pines apart though is the owners’ community. It’s outstanding. There’s a real sense of belonging, where everyone looks out for each other and takes pride in the park. The fundraising efforts are a perfect example of this — owners regularly come together to support great causes, and it really shows the strength of the community spirit. It truly feels like one big family.

Life on the park is something special. Whether it’s social events, day-to-day interactions, or simply enjoying the surroundings, there’s a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes being an owner here such a positive experience.

The park is also in a secure and convenient location, which gives added peace of mind.

Overall, we couldn’t recommend New Pines highly enough — being part of this community has been a brilliant experience.

Extremely rude staff, after we checked in and settled we went to the main reception building to see facilities available and to check out the gym. The fob on the keys didn’t work so I approached the lady on reception and said the fob wasn’t working. I got a sarcastic “well it won’t do as that’s for the pool” I then asked about myself and 16 year old using the gym to which she said your son doesn’t look 16, he is very young. I didn’t want to embarrass my son as he has a growth issue and looks much younger than he is. This left myself and my son embarrassed. More training needed on invisible disabilities and how to talk to guests. Won’t be coming back here again.

The pool is constantly at full capacity as allow none guests to use it as well. The spa is not a spa, you just use the general facilities (not relaxing at all). No electric charging points, plug in bath doesn’t work, showers go cold half way through your shower or are only luke warm water available. Toilet keeps making a load noise which is waking us all up every hour, most activities for the children are broke even though on timetable. Sent email about issues with lodge and not had single response. The laminate is lifting off the cabinets in the kitchen. Worse lodge have stayed in. Blinds also broke in the lounge area so can’t be closed so no privacy at night. Don’t waste your time calling the out of hours number either as no one answers it, very dangerous if there is an emergency.

Only good thing is the the hot tub is lovely and tested daily by staff.

We have been a holiday home owner on Aberconwy Resort & Spa for 6 years now. It has been life changing for us, as we feel now we have our ‘happy place’ away from the stresses at home. Aberconwy resort is right next to the beach (which is dog friendly), and also next to the coastal path which is perfect for long walks/bike rides.
The facilities at Aberconwy are great which include; an indoor pool, gym, hairdressers & beauty spa. It also has ‘Signatures’ an amazing Michelin star restaurant on site, which we feel is the best food in North Wales.
All staff are very friendly and accommodating. The site is maintained to a high level and has 24 hour security for peace of mind.
We would fully recommend becoming a holiday home owner on Aberconwy as it will enhance your lifestyle.

Friendly staff

A lovely, owners-only park with great facilities and a family friendly atmosphere. The Sales team can’t do enough to help with both new purchases or trade-in’s. Especially Janine who goes above and beyond to bring everyone together including breakfast get togethers and Mother’s Day chocolates.
