good agency and supportive

We have not been particularly happy with My Property Box in Newcastle, however I did want to write to express our appreciation for Jasmine Henderson. She understood our concerns about past confusion in statements and the difficulty of actually getting help should an issue arise. Whilst other members of the team promised action but rarely followed up, Jasmine is quick to respond and always ready to help or advise. She is a real credit to the company.

Had a great experience with Aiden!! He was so reassuring, answered all our questions and provided us with all relevant information.

Aidan helped create confidence and optimism before my friends and I even found a house to our liking. The experience was really enjoyable and end results were very positive. Very friendly and accommodating agent who put effort in and genuine guidance

We were showed around a variety of houses in several locations by Aidan and he was super helpful with any questions, where he went out of his way to give context and extra detail on the local area :)

The worst agency in the world that doesn't do its job. It would take too long to describe my situation and why I think this way. But believe me, it’s better not to mess with them.

Amaan has gone above and beyond doing house viewings out of hours for him and being be try communicative via text. Asset to the team.

They set up a WhatsApp group with all members of the house and the agent which is really helpful. Aidan answered all our questions we had quickly and clearly, making the process easier for us. I would recommend using property box.

Initially the guy was very helpful, he went through my application on the phone.
Because of the distance between me and the property he arranged for a video virtual tour of the property for the next day and he said that he would send it to me using WhatsApp
The next day… nothing, the day after… nothing
I emailed them and they didn’t have the decency to respond… I went onto the Rightmove website to find out that the property was “ let agreed “.. without letting me know.
This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional especially as I had taken about £2,500 from my savings account to my current account, to cover the rent in advance, deposit and the removal fees.
I had also painstakingly gone through arranging a removal company.
To be ignored and treated with such disrespect is shocking.
I would NOT recommend this company

Aidan was very helpful with finding us a student house. He was great showing us around multiple properties and made it a quick and easy process once we had made a decision on a house.

Request regarding a repair speedily dealt with and as a landlord I was kept informed by Jasmine Henderson.

Aidan was great! He showed us around 5 different homes he felt would be suitable for our group and had all the information to immediately answer any questions we asked. Definitely would recommend this company

Our letting agent, Aidan, was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable! He showed us several flats and I felt he felt he was familiar with both the properties and their current tenants. I felt very welcome and was confident in his ability to show properties that met our needs! Paperwork was also well-organised and platforms were user friendly.

Aidan showed us several properties and was there to answer any questions we had. He also helped us set up a WhatsApp group chat so was easy to contact and quick to reply which was very helpful!

Staff are extremely friendly and considerate. My landlord is selling my rented home. Although this is a difficult time I have found Jasmine to be extremely helpful during this time, promptly getting back to me with any queries I have had throughout the process. When I first began renting the property it was through a different agency whom were not prompt on any repairs ect, since my property box have taken over repairs if not emergency have been dealt with the same week. Great agency!
