We are delighted to share our experience with Keepmoat following the completion of our new home in Stoneyburn. From start to finish, the entire process has been handled with professionalism, care, and exceptional attention to detail.

Our home, a semi-detached townhouse, has been built to a very high standard, and we are extremely pleased with both the quality and finish. It is clear that great pride has been taken in the construction and presentation of the property.

We would particularly like to recognise the outstanding support provided by Pauline in sales, Sam and Tom as site manager, and William on site. Pauline was consistently helpful, approachable, and informative throughout the purchasing process, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Sam and Tom demonstrated excellent leadership and organisation, keeping us updated and addressing any queries promptly. William’s dedication and workmanship on site did not go unnoticed, and his commitment contributed greatly to the overall quality of our home.

The team has been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make this a positive and stress-free experience for us. We would not hesitate to recommend Keepmoat to anyone considering purchasing a new home.

Site not finished 3 years after moving in, roads not surfaced, pavements dangerous from constant digging up and not finished off. Street lights not connected. Grassed area not maintained, site looks an absolute mess! Disgusting and Keepmoat not interested now they have left site. Pennine View, Huddersfield

Really positive experience with the sales team during the reservation process. Lorna and Beth were extremely helpful throughout! Always friendly, approachable, and quick to respond to any questions we had. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the process feel straightforward.Their support really made a difference and took a lot of the stress out of the process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and we felt genuinely looked after from start to finish.

We honestly can’t speak highly enough of Carol Johnson and the role she played in helping us buy our home.

Although our shared ownership purchase was through Home Reach / Heylo, Carol went above and beyond throughout the entire process to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. She acted as a crucial bridge between Keepmoat and Home Reach, always stepping in to chase things, clarify details, and keep momentum going when it really mattered.

From the very beginning, Carol was incredibly accommodating, professional, and approachable. No question ever felt like too much trouble, and she consistently made us feel supported and reassured during what can often be a stressful process.

My partner and I have said more than once that if it wasn’t for Carol, we’re not sure we would have gone through with the purchase, she really made that much of a difference. Now we're so happy in our new home.

What’s been especially appreciated is that her support didn’t stop once we completed. Even now, she continues to be a friendly and reliable presence on the Beeston Canalside development, always greeting us with a smile and happy to help wherever she can.

Having visited the Moorgate Boulevard development without an appointment, I received an exceptional welcome. Michelle is very detailed and professional with a wonderful warm and caring manner. Although there was not a house type suitable, I would highly recommend Keepmoat and their wonderful employees.

Recently moved to a new build Keepmoat Homes in Scotland. Customer Service is great so far.

I know there’s a lot of negative feedback about new builts and the many things that has gone wrong but Keepmoat’s staff on site and customer service on phone are second to none. They genuinely care for you and your house that you recently bought. They don’t just sell and leave you hanging. They try their best to help and accommodate needs as much as they can. If they don’t have the solution, they try to get you connected to who can. Fast response, Quick turn around. Still yet to see how the house build is but as far as customer service goes, we have been treated exceptionally well.

We went to The Kilns in Hornsea for a look at 2 bedroom homes. Joel was so helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us in our search. He is an asset to your company. Thank you Joel we will be back when we are ready to move.

I bought my house from Keepmoat, and overall it was a very positive experience. Oliver, the sales agent, was very helpful and guided me through the entire process, making everything clear and straightforward, and I’m especially pleased that all snagging issues were resolved quickly and efficiently with effort of Eliene .Communication was good throughout, with any delays clearly explained. I also expect the same level of support in the future if needed. Overall, I’m very happy with my new home and the service I received.
