My experience with Clint from customer care/maintenance has been 10/10. He has always gone above and beyond, extremely friendly and always gets the job done to the best standard.

Customer Care Technician Emanuel Neagu has helped to do the repair works for the nail pops, cracks on ceiling/wall/stairs and the paint/drywall compound detached issues. He is excellent in customer service, being very skillful and careful in carrying out his repair works. He has done a really good job!

Estate not finished dangerous footpaths from constant digging up and not tarmaced, roads not surfaced , green areas overgrown grass not been cut for over a year, weeds everywhere, keepmoat not interested. Estate is an absolute mess. Pennine view, Huddersfield

Keepmoat technician Andrejus helped us to fix some defects like wall cracks and tile edge cracks sealing and painting, door lock repair. He is very helpful and professional. We are very happy and appreciated with his hard work.

Emmanuel Neagu was sent to help fixed the cracks in our home today, I was very pleased with the great job he did. Thank you Emmanuel for bringing back our home into a new shape😂👍Hope to get someone to come fix our bath 🛀 sooner.

Just been out to view the show homes at the Kilns development in Hornsea and were extremely well looked after by Joel he gave us all the information that we needed advising us on any offers and answering all our questions.
The houses were of a really good standard too we were really impressed.

I’d recommend thinking twice before buying a Keepmoat development. The sales team are great when they want you to buy, but the aftercare experience has been a completely different story.

I’ve had ongoing issues with leaks, poor sealing, plumbing and fittings, and getting things properly fixed has been exhausting. Some repairs felt rushed and certain problems kept coming back. Communication and accountability have also been really disappointing.

A lot of people on the development seem to have had snagging and defect issues, which says a lot about the overall build quality.

While this is just my experience, I wish I’d looked more closely at customer aftercare reviews before buying.

We bought a house on Farington Mews estate, and were told at the time of purchasing that the trees outside of our house would remain, which was a predominant factor in us choosing to purchase the house. Now the trees have been cut down, without any prior warning or knowledge. Completely despicable behaviour. The front of our house has also been a building site since we moved in almost a year ago. Avoid at all costs

Emmanuel is a very reliable worker.He is trustworthy and does the job to a good finishing.We recommend him very much xx

The staffs are amazing, because their customers relation are very great.

Jess(Dee Gardens) has been amazing supporting us and guiding us through our move in and supporting when things didn’t go to plan . All has been sorted and nothing has ever been too much bother for her , she is always responsive , positive and focused on finding the best solution .

Simon is an absolute credit to keep moat work is always tip top and always goes the extra mile for us really nice guy
