Our experience with Keepmoat has been excellent from start to finish. We would especially like to highlight the amazing service we received from Linda at the Millwood development. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help us with any questions or needs throughout the whole process of buying our home.

Thanks to her attention and dedication, everything has been much easier and more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Keepmoat, and especially Linda, for her outstanding work and kindness. Thank you very much for everything!

First time buyer experience- Fantastic.

Buying a home from Keepmoat was the easiest and most exciting journey from start to end. As first time buyers we were a little nervous but Debbie put us at ease straight away. Debbie has incredible customer service. The sales team (Debbie) and site manager (Ian) actually went above and beyond for us and we will forever be grateful. They really are an asset to the company.
I would recommend Keepmoat to everyone looking for a new build!

Unresolved Toilet Installation Defect Since Property Purchase

I am writing my review to formally raise my extreme disappointment regarding the poor service and customer care I have received concerning serious unresolved defects at my property since purchasing the house in 2023.
From the day we moved into our new home, we have experienced ongoing issues with the master bedroom toilet. The toilet has never functioned correctly because it was not connected to the manhole drainage system. As a result, the toilet does not flush out properly and has effectively been unusable since purchase.
This issue has been reported to Keepmoat on numerous occasions through repeated emails and phone calls. Although plumbers were sent to inspect the issue, no proper repair was ever completed. On several occasions, the plumber advised that he would obtain the drainage plans and return to fix the issue, however nothing was resolved and no permanent repair was carried out.
My tenant has been unable to use the toilet throughout this period, causing significant inconvenience and distress.
I understand that neighbouring properties experienced a similar issue and that Keepmoat corrected the pipe connection problem there. This strongly suggests that the same installation defect exists at my property.
Due to the lack of progress from Keepmoat, I arranged for an independent external plumber to investigate. He confirmed that the toilet waste pipe was never connected to the manhole and that there is a concrete end blocking the line. He clearly identified this as an installation/construction error and advised me to contact the builder immediately.
Despite the fact that this issue has been reported continuously since the date of purchase, I was recently informed by Keepmoat that the property is now “out of warranty” and that I must arrange and pay for repairs myself. I find this completely unacceptable.
This is not a maintenance issue caused by wear and tear; it is a serious construction defect that existed from the beginning and was repeatedly reported within the relevant period. It is unreasonable to expect me to bear the cost of correcting a builder’s installation failure, particularly when Keepmoat has been aware of the issue since purchase.
Can anyone suggest how to escalate the complaint further through the appropriate channels?

Poor Quality of Work and Bad Customer Service

Build quality and finish is appalling. Customer service is even worse.

• Bent doors fitted improperly
• Drains not fixed correctly
• Been in the property 7 months and our snag list still hasn’t been completed
• Screws missing in multiple areas
• Several door screws left loose and not tightened properly
• Light positions not centred properly, with some obstructing doors and room layouts
• No proper quality checks appear to have been carried out by Keepmoat

These are not isolated incidents — many homes on Beckett Hill are experiencing the same issues.
If youare going to buy any keepmoat homes please take care ,This has left a very bad impression and has been extremely disappointing for homeowners.

We had James visit our home today for some snagging work we had been waiting for since moving in 18 months ago. I could not fault his work he was very professional and curious. My real issue was with the team allocation at Keepmoat for fixing problems/snagging.

Andrejus come out and fixed the…

Andrejus came out and fixed the creaking floorboards, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was a very professional young man, polite, punctual, and clearly took pride in his work. He did an excellent job, and the difference is amazing. Everything was completed to a high standard, and he made sure his work area was left neat and tidy afterwards. It’s great to see someone so hardworking and respectful. I would highly recommend Andrejus to anyone needing this type of work done. Well done 👍👏👌

I reserved In August last year and the…

I reserved I'm August last year and the experience from day one was not great. Lack of communication via phone, email, texts. Incomplete information when I received information. 4 changes to completion dates due to lack of resource on site which i later found out from the site teams. Changes to site mangers. 3 site managers over the 9 months my house was getting built....there is more. I gave 1 star to Mark who came on the project in December and did his possible best to communicate and help get things over the line.

Great job!!

I would like to appreciate the work done by Oliver Morson (customer care technician) recently on my new Keepmoat house, the work was not completed for multiple visits by other technician but he did great job in his one visit; he is a person with smile on face and do understand the customers concerns very well and he is the man with perfect touch on walls.

Excellent experience moving with Keepmoat.

Keepmoat were great from choosing our new home through to moving in. Kieran at Warren Wood View Gainsborough was so friendly and professional, nothing was a bother.
Louise was brilliant when I rang her because my solicitor let me down, she helped me find a new solicitor and they worked with me, to help us exchange and complete in time for our completion deadline.
Martyn did our home demo and he was very friendly and professional explaining everything about the house including the solar panels and their system.
The house is absolutely beautiful and very spacious, the build quality is excellent 👍, we absolutely love it and so does our little Shi Tzu Bella ❤️.
Like all new builds there's always some little issues that need seeing to, but Kieran in the sales office has been really good, he has everything in hand and he even comes round to the house to see us when ever we've rang him, putting our minds at rest and getting things sorted.
Brilliant developer to deal with, they made everything run smoothly for us. We are going to be very happy here at Warren Wood View Gainsborough.

Do not buy a house from this company

Do not buy a house from this company, promise you the world when your buying then as soon as you have brought the house they can’t be asked with anything, my bathroom tiles where not installed properly so the water has now come through to the living room, but because I’m out of warranty they can’t do nothing about it, when they send someone round it’s a botched job anyway, my front door was never fully sealed properly (keeps dropping). If you want a decent house for your money do not buy from KEEPMOAT.

I had an outstanding experience with the team at Willow Heights, Thurnscoe. From the very beginning, Diane from the sales team provided exceptional support and guidance, ensuring that the entire process was smooth and stress-free.

Even after our move, Diane has remained readily available whenever we have reached out, which has been greatly appreciated and speaks volumes about her ongoing commitment to customer care.

Following our move, Daniel Ceban and Charlotte have continued to deliver an excellent level of service. Daniel, in particular, has been consistently prompt and efficient in addressing any matters requiring attention, demonstrating both professionalism and a genuine dedication to customer satisfaction.
