An asset to the company.
I got myself worried as I accidentally cancelled the monthly payments. I have been dealing with my elderly mom, who has dementia. I'm running around a lot and was cancelling stuff online. Thankfully the company sent me emails. I rang this morning and the lady was so understanding bless her. I spoke about my situation and she helped me to sort it all out. Top Notch Service
I have been with Kennel Club Pet Insurance since I got my pup back in 2023. Best decision I made! He’s needed shoulder surgery at just under a year old. He’s had continuous spinal and hip difficulties since 2024 which all claims have been approved and this is still ongoing. He has allergies and received immunotherapy monthly. Every claim I provide my invoices and medical history. Never had any issues with any of my claims or pre-authorisations. Their customer service is top notch. A lot of people say the insurance is expensive. Where else do you get £25,000 a year cover? You get what you pay for in my opinion, and I am glad I took the policy when I did. Thank you Kennel Club for giving me the constant peace of mind!!!
