Prompt payment, once I got the vet's correct email

I submitted 2 claims for my dog recently. One was for medication from our own vet, and the other a continuation claim for Hydrotherapy, with another local practice.
The medication claim was settled very quickly, but it was this that drew my attention to the fact that I'd heard nothing about the other one. I spoke to the vet's receptionist yesterday and discovered that I needed to use a different email address for their insurance department. I resubmitted the claim, using that email, this morning and a payment, for a year's worth of treatment, has been approved this afternoon (there is an advisory note about claiming within six months). I'm sure I have submitted claims within the past year, but they mustn't have gone anywhere for the same reason.
I'm very impressed at the speed the matter has been dealt with, but think it would be helpful to get a "heads up" from Napo when they don't hear from the vet after a claim is started on their site.

This was our first claim ever and I hope the last one . Napo have been brilliant ! Great messaging , kept us informed and our claim was dealt with the same day they received it! Very happy thank you Napo! Xx

Brilliant service

Such a brilliant service, Dr Janet was amazing, calm, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Video call worked really well with consultant so Dr Janet could see how my dog was doing and asked questions accordingly. Suggestion and reassurance was given which saved us visiting out of hours vet at considerable cost. Will definitely use again if needed, another great part of Napo insurance! Highly recommend

NAPO is incredible!!!!!

NAPO is incredible!!!!!! I cannot find the words to describe how easy it is to get support and claim from them.
The customer service advisors are extremely helpful, nothing is too much. I would highly highly recommend them!!!!!

I would choose them time and time again!!!

Amazing Service

Napo have been amazing, the empathy shown after the loss of or beloved Mabel has been outstanding. The whole process of claiming has been easy to navigate and communication with Napo has been excellent and prompt. Thank you to Coron & Fiona who have been very understanding and supportive during our difficult time.

I wrote 2 negative reviews on Napo…

I wrote 2 negative reviews on Napo regarding the them declining a claim for my dogs dental procedure which was unfair and the wrong decision, the second review was just an update to the first one but the first review that had all the details of my experience has now been deleted and not by me !! So I’ll put it on again briefly, 3 years ago my dog had some teeth out which we paid for ourselves after which we thought it’d be a good idea to take some insurance that covered dental which Napo use as a big selling point so we chose Napo to cover our our two dogs, recently she needed more teeth extracting due to been loose and we told the vet that’s fine our insurance covers dental work but due to having teeth out 3 years ago it was declined due to been an existing condition, how can it be existing when the first lot of teeth had gone 3 years ago, its beyond me, there’s so many clauses in the policy it’s easy for them to decline, I complained numerous times but you don’t even get a reply, hope this helps someone been mislead

Very easy and quick

Very easy and quick, the vet handled the claim directly and Napo covered 100% of costs.

This removed a huge amount of worry and allowed me to focus entirely on my pet who was recovering after surgery.

Would recommend, just research the best type of insurance your pet might require.

I had a concern after one of my dogs…

I had a concern after one of my dogs decided to take my other dogs medication, I utilised the Napo vet consultation for advice and was quickly and excellently given reassuring advice and a plan of action should I need it to manage my dogs misadventure. It’s an excellent service for quick and effective advice from a vet and easily accessible through Napo insurance

Premium increase for a 1 year old cat i just cant fathom how they calculate it so 3 stars ive left as if that's the way it will increase no way I can stick with them
