Always good on speedy delivery but surprised to have a duplicate delivery . I don’t need that one and need to know how I return that one

Have been with Kaleidoscope many years used to be good but for quite a few years now, it's changed, Customer Service appalling, can't speak to anyone that understands current issue, being overcharged which has happened before. My emails just answered generically & not dealing with the problem. I'm afraid I will not order again from them or their partnered companies. Very disappointing.

Loved the item I ordered it was exactly as it looked on the website.
Very good communication and very fast delivery.

Found orderjng very easy. The problem i gad was returning itens. The package contained a none stick label which advised to stick label within this parameter. When i went to return item at the Evri shop advised nedded a bar code. Looking on the website found out needed to print the label to return item. This could be added to the delivery note which would be a great help.

When ordering items online the process to do so is easy and straightforward
When I have a reason to speak to a customer advisors I find the advisor to always be polite and respectful . Also the returns process is equally easy to do .

Easy to peruse items and then to order. Once order has gone through, notification is good and delivery has improved a great deal. Items are all good quality, so very happy.

Not sure. Its the first time I've been on kaleidoscope sight . But disappointed in the packaging on the lights . I bought this for a Christmas present and the box is damaged. I will keep it and explain to her that its damaged.

There was no problem ordering booked next day delivery and it arrived by 9.30!
The dress is so pretty and the price amazing but sadly was too big so have to return it.
