Cheap.... poor quality ..... London, not London UK thats for sure.
Waited 10 days for awful quality products

Do not use this company! I am in the process of disputing this payment as this site is clearly not what it claims to be. I have ordered four items of clothing all of which have the most ludicrous sizing - huge waist, excessively skinny and long leg lengths - and use the cheapest material possible. The 'breathable cotton' and 'cotton blend' described on the website is a fraudulent claim. Despite the company allegedly being in London, tracking the items showed a Chinese courier at the start of delivery process and the overall delivery timeline was quite obviously of Chinese - not UK - origin.

I am extremely disappointed with the poor, substandard quality of the product I received. It bears no resemblance whatsoever to the photographs used to advertise it, which I found to be completely misleading.
To make matters worse, I have repeatedly contacted the company requesting a return address so I can send the item back, but they have ignored my emails and failed to respond.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others not to buy from this company. The product quality is unacceptable, the advertising is misleading, and the customer service has been extremely poor.

The two blouses I ordered took longer than estimated to arrive and I was very disappointed with the quality and sizing, both far too big. On requesting a return, I was told the cost of shipping from the UK would be around £50. However, if I ordered replacements in an alternative size, I could also keep the two over sized blouses, that I wanted to return for a refund. This was not an option for me. The one star is simply because I actually received a reply.
Would not recommend this company.

Please do NOT buy anything from this company. Dresses cheap, shoddy and badly cut. Returns process a joke. Now on my 8th email to their customer support and I have now been given a return address in China. W&C have offered free exchanges for the 3 dresses for £30, a 40% discount and refund ( with no returns needed) and now a warning that it will cost me between $30 and €50 to return ( I live in UK). It will actually cost me about £13 to post to China and I will not cease to hassle them until I get my refund.

100% scam company: business model is to use the fancy website saying 'based in london' and 'easy return policy' to lure customers in. After they buy, they send the worst unwearable plastic clothes ever after waiting a long time as they ship from China. When you ask about the refund, they try to convince you to keep the rubbish they sent or a 20% cashback, using $30 - $50 cost per time to return. Use a good credit card that will claw your scam back for you. PS: the positive reviews on trustpilot are a scam too - WILLIAM BLAKE is obviously a fake person .

Zero start-they are running a scam where they are not transparent with their return policy. When I requested refund as item did not fit right, they sent 6 different emails trying to convince me that having a voucher is better as return costs will be $50. If you are experiencing refund issues, please refer them to your bank who will blacklist them and they will not be able to operate anymore.

This website is scam. When I asked for refund, they keep offering something else and they didn’t even refund what they have promised.
They are not from London and all the garments are so cheap quality

Absolutely awful quality, service & product. This is a scam, how the hell do they get away with it in the UK.

what you see in the picture is not what you get. Then you try to return to get your money back and they make multiple offers to keep the product and threaten with high costs of postage!

This business needs shutting down and banned from U.K. it’s totally fraud!

The shorts I ordered were delivered after it made its way Accross the world.

First of all the style and colour were wrong and the material was polyester not great for summer.The stitching was like a child had made it with no previous experience.

This Company needs stopping for selling rubbish as where the shorts have been placed.

So be aware although your paying top money your getting total rubbish.

If I could give no stars I would but no option so it got one.

This is a bona fide review. I ordered a bikini from their advert on Facebook on 19 June. At the time I thought I was dealing with a London company. The bikini was priced at £29.99 instead of somewhere in the region of £90. I had no qualms until a couple of days had gone by and then I began to wonder why the item hadn't been delivered. It was then I looked for reviews and started to worry it might be a scam. In all fairness, it arrived today, 4 July, and I have to say that it is good quality. The only difference is that it doesn't truly match the colour on the photo but this is negligible. Price wise it is fair. I have seen bikinis costing a lot more in shops over here. When I ordered they did suggest going a size bigger which I did and it proved to be the right choice. Would I have ordered if I knew it was coming from China - probably not. Will I order anything else - probably not as looking at other reviews I might have just got lucky and I don't like that they have tried to make out they are a UK company nor given any indication it was coming from China or the length of time it would take to deliver. I have had a similar experience with Temu where the goods were poor quality so it is worth checking out these adverts on Facebook before you buy. I hope this helps.

The dress I received was a very poor copy of the one advertised. It was made of nylon and not chiffon as described.I have been unable to return this item. They have used delaying tactics, offering a replacement for an extra payment of £13 and then partial refunds and credit notes.

This company cannot improve because it doesn't want to improve.
But no-one is going to take them to court to get rid of them.
It lies and deceives its way out of initial problems and then buyers give up.
It comes up with a variety of compensation offers but fulfils none of them, pocketing all the payments.
The quality is dire, just as people say, loose threads, poor workmanship, appalling finish. No match between their photos and their dispatched items. Do not touch with a bargepole.

This Co is consistently ripping people off and should not be allowed to trade. Their marketing strategy is to lure people in with images of good quality and reductions in price . This is totally fraudent as I discovered myself recently . I ordered a pair of wide legged pants believing they were reduced from 99 pounds to 35 . I read reviews an hour after placing my order to cancel but received AI emails which did not allow this .
Despite what appeared to be customer service in subsequent emails I had no option but to allow the package to arrive .
The pants are unwearable : they are of the cheapest material : are see through and probably cost 2 to 3 pounds sterling to manufacture . They are not a London based Co and are sending customers shoddy goods from China .
Do not order from this horrible scamming site !
Why they are allowed to continue trading in this unethical way is appalling .

Avoid. They advertise products that look good and they mislead people into thinking they are in London. They ship poor quality products from China. They offer only 40% refunds after a lot of back and forth, or ask you to pay to ship product back to China! I have learnt from this!

Firstly Wilson and CarterLondon are not based in London, but their office is in the US and the goods come from China. The goods arrived stuffed in a small ziplock bag, and the material and design were substandard and not the quality represented on their website. When I asked for a refund I was told the return cost would be $40- $50 due to the return location and customs, and was offered a 15% discount. Everything on their website is deceptive, including delivery time and returns policy. I did try to cancel the items within a couple of hours of ordering but was refused as they were now being processed. Don’t order from them would be my advice.

sweater is soft and easy to pair with different outfits, though design is fairly simple and nothing particularly special.

AVOID this company. Ordered a pair of shoes that have arrived and they are far too small considering ordering my normal size. I have asked for a full refund but keep getting offers to persuade me to take another pair of shoes for free and to keep the pair that do not fit. Otherwise I will have to send them back to china for $50! Not happy and will never order again!

I ordered two blazers. They arrived squished into a small package. Obviously the are creased so I have asked return for a refund. I haven't had any response.
I think this company must be a con and I have learnt a expensive lesson. Read reviews before buying .
