Kaleidoscope Anmeldelser

Be careful of listening to reviews. I paid attention to several reviewers stating that the Bonprix longline padded coat was too small and you had to go up a size or maybe even two sizes. When I received the coat, this wasn't accurate. And I then had to order the next size down (my usual size) incurring further costs to me. Please be advised this coat fits me fine as a size 10, I did not need to size up at all. So people saying it's small in size is not accurate. As for the coat, I think it's nice, different to other styles, with a really good hood, a zip to fasten and button toggles, with good sized pockets also. It's also a very attractive color. Do I think it's valued correctly, no. Not at all, it's very expensive for a coat, considering it doesn't deliver that much that would make it exceptionally worth the price. I would have managed to pay 25% less for it, had I not listened to several reviews stating it was small in size though and the 25% off would actually have made it a worthwhile cost. But the original price is very excessive considering it's not exceptional quality. My advice, if you have money to burn, buy it, it's a nice coat, if you're on a tighter budget, look elsewhere.

This was a very easy and quick way to shop!! The app is great to use and a super fast delivery too!!

Fast delivery great service

Arrived quickly. Lovely quality, thermal, blackout curtains, without the weight. Ordered two pairs with the intention of sending one set back, however, my friend saw the ones I was preparing to return to Kaleidoscope and promptly said she would have them at that price (I did get a good discount from Kaleidoscope)
Mine are up and looking great. All good and both of us are happy.

Easy to navigate site. Huge selection of goods

Very quick delivery. The dress is beautiful, nice quality fabric, a great price and the top half fitted like a dream. The length is perfect. Unfortunately, unless you are a straight up and down girl, it does accentuate the hips, I think due to the jersey type fabric! So as a result I'm very sadly having to return it. Disappointed I was unable to keep it.

Ordering was easy and delivery very good.

The clothing was well packed. The quality of the drrss and the bedding was very good and the delivery was prompt and efficiently done.

Ordered a top and paid for Nxt day delivery. Still haven’t received it 5 days later.

First lady I spoke to was very hard to understand and didn't send me the returns label by email that I required.
Following day the lady was very helpful and sorted my problem.
This was caused because I received a totally different item, a picking error.

Kaleidoscope's catalogue always has lots if stylish clothes at reasonable prices. I've been a fan for years. I'm not as excited since the merger with freemans as the clothes are not so exclusive now and it takes me longer to find that special something. I often give up looking and shop somewhere else. I had a catalogue this time and bought my lovely blouse. Thank you.19

Great company with easy transactions throughout and delivery time spot on.

I am still waiting for my order

So easy to shop online. Plenty of choice, all great quality. Wonderful array of Christmas goods to choose from for all ages. I was spoilt for choice. What I chose was high spec quality (two throws, Xmas design and two hot water bottles, great for warmth through the winter months). Must go back and take another look.

Earlier delivery than expected. Good communication in between. Ease of ordering. Discount code for goods.
