Kaleidoscope Anmeldelser

Like another customer I have used Kaleidoscope since they began but my recent experience has been awful. Customer services are really poor. They are just note takers. They cannot answer anything and you get nowhere. My problem relates to a missing delivery again as previous complaints are. After 4 emails and speaking to an advisor 4 times I have just received a photo of me again that I have already disputed for a completely different delivery on a different day. Why do these companies waste their money on rubbish call centres and delivery services and then not see where the problem lies.

Excellent service. Quick delivery. Best quality products

Lovely quality products at a great price!

I need a label for 2 parcels and only got one, they said they go to different places so will e mail them to me but I only have one not two

Kaleidoscope never lets me down

Even when there was a technical problem with app and returning an item the customer services lady was super helpful and resolved my problem quickly

Like other comments on reviews, Kaleidoscope used to be customer friendly
I have had an account with this company for over ten years but recently more an more excessive charges are added to your account
Customer Services do not care at all
"if you paid on time you would not get charged"
Yes I get that but that is just rude, and £27 of charges in one month when the brought forward balance is zero !

I haven’t had any problems with ordering and delivery

The size guide for the pants is not right these were more 10s to 12s shocking fit

The whole experience was good from start to finish, delivery was very quick.

Looked specifically for comfortable ankle boots . Found 2 styles I liked . Ordered both which were delivered next day . Decided on one pair . Returned unrequired pair . Return service easy to use too .

Bought these wine coloured trousers which are a lovely fit. Slightly long, but then i am short!
Also ordered a blue stripe trousers in the same size, same make and they were even longer! Sizing is so difficult these days hence the 4 stars.
Ordering was easy and a good experience.

It was very easy to order goods and there was good communication when the goods were being delivered. I unfortunately had to send the items back. This was very easy to do.

Really easy to order. Plenty of great choices of excellent products to choose from. Very quick and efficient delivery service. Easy payment method.

I have been fraud by thus company. I had received letter from them saying I open the account which is not me so someone had use my name, address and date of birth. I asked them that its not me open and make sure its not open. So they offered someone using my details for 1,000. I received another letter saying they open credit for me I told my husband. We called them its not us to open. I told them off why they open someone who used my detail just like that no ID or anything? Now its place on my credit report i m not very happy. U better closed this account otherwise I will report to trade. I had report to police for fraud to using my details. Your company let fraudsters win.

Very quick delivery and purchase was just as described. Good value for money and good quality.

Rapid delivery. Boots fit and true to size. Appear good quality

I deal with this company very frequently because I know items will be despatched carefully packed and promptly. Generally the items are of good quality and true to size.
A great company to deal with
