Its the first time I have bought from this company. The dress I have ordered I've been looking for for ages.

Website is misleading. Dress ordered by my mother is of poor quality, bearing no labels other than for the material which is 100% polyester, doesn’t resemble that advertised, and would put a market stall to shame. My mother paid a decent price for the dress and is quite upset at her lack of diligence. I went back to look again at the website which suggests this is a Brighton-based company. The language used in the positive reviews on this very site is interesting. Have asked for a return label and will see where that takes us. As I say, complete your research and consider the experience of other consumers first.

The quality of the sandals is poor and do not fit, I asked to return them for a refund to be told they don't normally refund for size errors as they provide a sizing chart. We all know one size does not fit everyone.
When pushed they said to return to USA a very misleading website as it appears to be a Brighton address. They offer a 30% refund and you can keep the sandals if you don't want to send to USA. Why would you risk posting them there so they can say they haven't received them and then no refund anyway.

The shoes I bought were comfortable from the first day, which rarely happens for me. They are stylish enough for work but also great for walking around town.

Sent a pair of shoes to me that were too tight. I contacted them as recommended for a refund and return. Had endless emails from them offering all sorts of ridiculous offers such as a 100% voucher to use on their website when there is actually nothing available on there! What they don’t put in their return policy is that despite their false ‘shopfront’ in Brighton they expect you to return the items to the USA at your own cost and it could be as long as 30 days before you see your money! Also charged an extra £4.95 for some kind of postal insurance!!?? So after feeling as though I was being very much bullied by them I accepted the 30% refund which is all they were prepared to give me as they clearly did not want the rather cheap and nasty shoes returned!

I should have read reviews before buying. My first my first mistake.

Firstly the website gives the impression it is a UK company in Brighton. When looking at the address on google maps, this company is not there. The telephone number is non existent.

Like I said I should have done my research first.

I was expecting a reasonable delivery time but no, the item was shipped from China, although I got regular updates it took nearly three weeks.

Item arrived, nothing like picture on the website. It was supposed to be a chiffon maxi dress but was more like a midi, with the lining coming just below the knee which was so noticeable. Poor quality , size was smaller than expected and didn’t fit.

Website states 30 day money back with hassle free returns. What a Joke!

I emailed customer service and I asked how I could return it and they asked for photos. I sent photos and they just offered to send another size at a cost to me of £14.95 - really I made the mistake once.
They just keep offering to send me another size at a cost and refuse to let me return.

I’m not sure even if I return it at my cost I will get a refund, they will probably say it didn’t have tags (which it never came with).

Beware this company is not what it seems. complete sharks and liars.

The address and telephone number are both fake. When I call it doesn’t connect. Looks like the shop is in Brighton too but that’s a fake address. They are somewhere in China …. Possibly.

Ok so they email multiple times with updates but it’s likely an automatic response generated by AI.

Don’t risk it.

Dresses dreadful quality and too small. Been trying to get refund but reply I got:-

As a one-time courtesy, we’d be happy to send you a replacement in your correct size. We normally don’t cover replacements for sizing issues that result from incorrect selection, but we’re making an exception for you.

To proceed, we’d just need you to cover the shipping fee of £16.173

Chinese company, two dresses arrived today total rubbish I probably could have got the same from a market cheaper that don't smell like these. Please don't buy from this company!!!!!!! The postcode comes back as Brighton pier.

Ordering was so quick and easy and I have lots of updates on the process and stages or my order. Also got discount on 1st order.

This website says it gives Free hassle free returns. When I ordered a dress I ordered the smallest size and it was too large . I asked how I could return it and they asked for photos. I sent photos and they just offered to send another size . When I said the size I ordered was too big and it was the smallest size they agreed that wouldn’t solve the problem but again refused to let me return the item. They just keep offering to send me another size if I send £14.99 to cover postage and refuse to let me return the item. It’s absolutely disgusting, the dress was of very poor quality also and not worth what I paid for it . I would never use this company, complete sharks and liars

Along with other reviewers this has been a disappointing shopping experience.

I don't want any of the items that arrived. They don't fit well and the shoes also smell very strongly of glue. I don't want replacements as they took so long to arrive they won't come in time for my holiday.

The returns policy says it's hassle free, so far that has not been my experience. The website says a copy of the email of proof of purchase will suffice, but in a reply I've been asked to send photos, videos and even a photo to show how things fit, and I quote...

If this is a sizing concern, it would be especially helpful if you could provide:

A photo of the actual item measurement (e.g., length, waist, etc.)
A clear photo of the size tag
If possible, a photo showing how the item fits

I'm not sending any photos of how items fit, I just want my money back, please!

I'm currently waiting for a reply to my request. To be fair they do get back, but it doesn't feel very straightforward.

I also tried the phone line which goes dead.
