Very easy to shop and good quality for a good price

The items that I ordered came quickly and were in good condition As I have not worn them yet I can not say on the wear and tear of the material but as they are Joe Browns I am sure that they will last a long time

Great service, lovely products and ease of transaction.

Arrived when you said it would, came well wrapped.
My velvet cushions are beautiful and quality fab, also the Father Christmas cushions pack of 4 were fab can’t wait till Xmas to put them out.

Excellent, great service, great products, great prices.

My order was delivered with a rip in one corner but upon opening parcel where instructed I was unable to remove the items as they had been sealed withing the parcel. I think when they were packaged in thre warehouse some of the packets had become sealed in their sealing machine. I am a blind customer so can only describe what I could feel. The parcel has now been returned & another order placed. So mainly the warehose packing the order were to blame but also Evri for ripping the parcel.

Quick delivery of 3 jackets , I was comparing sizes for fit. Came next day. No problems returning with Evri.
Reason for 4 star and not 5 the boots that came a couple of days later were poor quality and not cheap

Flawless from the begining to the delivery of ordered items. Can't complain about the service at all. Making payments are so easy and straightforward and the website is the easiest to use bar none.

Kaleidoscope have lovely selection of goods to buy. Quick delivery. I like that easy to return as they include returns label in parcel. I tend to buy more when they send catalogues out as you can see the new items easier. Quality of clothes is always excellent

Nice product, nicely delivered and attentive service, with a refund as the courier was later than scheduled.

Site easy to navigate, goods arrived quickly. Everything straightforward.
An efficient service.

Great price and fast delivery

I bought three dresses which all arrived on time and all were great quality and fit. I love Kaleidoscope clothes and household items as not overpriced also

Great choice in clothing and homeware. Found what I was looking for and received it quickly.

I ordered a coat/jacket..
A totally different coat arrived in the wrong size and totally different design.
Not sure what happened hope I get a full refund and delivery reimbursed..if this happens again will stop ordering..

Good quick delivery & I love the jumper I ordered. Even better I got a discount,

I have been shopping on on this website for a few years now. Delivery service is very good plus it’s very easy to place orders and the quality of the clothes are very good.

Love this dress !!! It is a bit low around the bust but with the right bra and maybe a press stud it will be great. Im saving it for a special occasion next spring and when I saw it in the sale had to buy it and so glad I did.
The delivery was quick I ordered it and it was delivered within 24hrs !
This is the first time I've shopped with Kaleidoscope and I'm sure it wont be the last.

The experience of ordering and the price with free delivery was great. unfortunately the item had to be sent back as it was a bad fit.
