Great expérience from the start to the end. I went to the excursion with my 3 children of 13, 16 and 19 years old and we all enjoyed it! Francesco came to pick up us at our hotel location, and gave us lots of explanations during all the tour: how the Etna appeared, the agriculture on it, the mindset of Sicilian people… we could discover the Etna during a walk on it and it was amazing! Go Etna is really a tour to experience ! It was our Best memory of our 1 week stay in Sicilia!

Eine geführte Halbtagstour mit einem Tourguide, der seinen Job mit Herzblut macht. Er hat gut deutsch gesprochen und uns inkl. den Kindern auf interessanter Art und Weise die wichtigsten Informationen über die Entstehung und Besonderheiten des Ätnas, der Vegetation und das Leben am Ätna vermittelt. Wirklich gut gemacht und zu empfehlen👍

Wir haben eine Tour zum Gipfelkrater gebucht. In einer kleinen Gruppe ging es mit unserem Guide von dem Treffpunkt mit einem 4x4 Bus auf 2800m. Von dort starteten wir die Wanderung bis zum Gipfel. Der Etna ganz nah am Rande, am Abgrund, ihn atmen hören - es war ein Erlebnis, was ehrfürchtig macht. Auch wenn es nicht ganz günstig ist, man bekommt dieses Erlebnis nur ganz oben. Wir sind nachhaltig beeindruckt und würden diese Tour sofort wieder machen. Nichtmal einen Tag nach unserem Erlebnis hat der Vulkan erneut gezeigt, dass Natur unberechenbar ist und erwachte erneut.

GoEtna est venu nous chercher à notre hôtel. Cette option est très confortable : on est sûr d'arriver au bon point de rencontre et à l'heure.
Francesco a très bien géré le timing et nous a aussi semblé très professionnel et très sécure.
Ses guides qui parlent la langue des clients, cest vraiment un plus quand les termes liés à l'Etna sont un peu techniques.
Une super organisation dans son ensemble.

Just amazing. We were lucky enough to go on a day when Etna was erupting (nothing too dangerous for where we were). Spectacular views and scenery, and a very enjoyable hike (would be challenging for anyone with limited mobility as a lot of the ground is very sandy, rocky, slopes, and slippery).

The guides (Francesco, Marco, and Vincenzo) were impeccable. Their knowledge and communication skills were terrific, and their passion was very clear and very infectious.

I would very highly recommend doing this tour. We only did the half day but I would have loved to do the full one. It is genuinely awe-inspiring.

Great professional and knowledgeable guides

Star attraction were your guides. Knowledgeable and always attentive. We were lucky to have Sergheiy. Vehicles were clean, well maintained, spacious and comfortable. This was one of our highlights of our trip to Sicily and we would definitely recommend.

Guided hike to the northern Etna crater. Everything went well, our guide was excellent and this was the highlight of our Sicily holiday. Booking the tour in advance was easy via the website.

A wonderful tour! I especially enjoyed the stops to admire the stunning landscapes, the visit to the lava cave, and the tasting of delicious Sicilian honey and chocolate.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und sichere Auffahrt und konnten an dem Tag den Rauch am Gipfel gut sehen. Die Stopps auf dem Weg nach unten waren ebenfalls sehr interessant und wurden vom Guide sehr gut erklärt. Ein tolles Erlebnis.

Our tour guide Davide (David) was a HUGE part of what made the experience exceptional. He went above and beyond to be kind to our kids (10, 7, and 5) and kept them fully engaged throughout the whole day. They keep asking to see him again!! Thank you so much to Davide!!!

We had a wonderful time with go-etna especially with the best tour guide there is, Francesco. We learned a lot about Sicily, Catania and of course Etna. Francesco showed us many things about Etna. Best tour guide ever.

Salvo was a fantastic tour guide. Clearly knowledgeable, passionate about Sicily, the volcano, a great driver, very good with our family and fun to be with. We were 6 people ranging in age and abilities and he made it work for everyone!
