GREAT SERVICE !!!

Dave and his team were outstanding for a recent job when a boiler packed up recently. They went the extra mile by turning up in the evening to diagnose the issue and replaced it the following day. Couldn't recommend them highly enough

Dave got my combi boiler replaced at very short notice and worked around our household’s busy schedule - to such a degree that he had his engineer James come at 07:30 on a Sunday to install it and he was the best gas engineer I’ve ever dealt with - unbelievable professional with great knowledge and really went the extra mile. No damage to any tiling either. Would highly recommend

We recently engaged Dave and his team at Gas Works to install a new boiler and also to revamp the shower system in our house so we can use mains water pressure, rather than noisy pumps. James and his team efficiently worked to complete the big job in two days with minimal disruption to our lives. James was also very patient in helping us learn how to use our new boiler, spending several hours working to connect it to the Wifi controls and then showing us how to operate it. After we went to mains water pressure, we noticed a few toilets and a sink in our house were leaking uncontrollably. I got in touch with Dave who quickly ordered new parts for the toilet and sink and sent Mason, his plumber, who worked until all the toilets and sinks in the house were functioning properly. Mason's stick-to-itiveness and ingenuity were impressive. We have some high-end toilets that are hard to access. Mason found creative ways to get around the access issues so we didn't have to remove the bath paneling which would have likely been costly. Very happy with the works from Gas Works London.

Manveer did an excellent job - he fixed my old boiler quickly, I can't thank him enough. Top professional, tidy, polite.

Been using Gasworks London for 12 years. Just into our second combi boiler with them. Installation and service excellent. Had a fault error code today so messaged Dave. Manveer, one of the engineers, was here within the hour and sorted out the problem. Brilliant. Thanks to Dave and the team.

I have been using Gasworks for a number of years for boiler services and plumbing. Most recently they serviced our boiler and also helped us with a water emergency in our downstairs bathroom. Dave and the team have always provided a very good service. I wouldn't use anyone else

Helped diagnose and replace a faulty underfloor heating valve. Very fast call out, accurate quote, excellent service (very quick turn around time and completely solved the issue); did a very good job of explaining in simple terms what would be required and how long it would take

We needed some really urgent work on our boiler as stopped working over Christmas. Struggled to find someone at such short notice. Gasworks visited really quickly and problem solved. Thanks for such speedy service.

I had a boiler installed and heard of Gasworks via a friend. Her strong recommendation was totally borne out by my experience. I was quoted an extortionate amount by British Gas but Gasworks found a sensible solution and great savings. The team were very conscientious, putting down floor coverings and giving me a heads up for switching off water and electricity in good time. They explained their process, consulted me over decisions and were very thoughtful as I was working at home. They also talked me through the controls patiently. I am absolutely delighted at their efficiency over the project and the tidiness of their work. I'd recommend them strongly! The upgraded hardware is well worth the investment. Thank you.

Unfortunately cant recommend David and his team who left me with several expensive issues to fix after they left! and arrogantly never even apologised or recompensed me!! Firstly they connected the wrong pipes and instead of apologising they blamed the customer and wanted to charge me for putting it right! (lol!??), they burst other pipes in the property causing me £200 of redecoration works to patch up simply and arrogantly said "these things happen" (lol!!??) And a new heating pump they installed failed (Dave didnt care and didnt even leave me a receipt to claim a new one). Disgusting and arrogant tradesman?

The Gasworks engineers did a great job installing a combi gas boiler and a new shower unit. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company.

Really surprised given the other comments here what poor service I’ve had from gasworks London.
Took me ages to get them to commit to an appointment, then they were more than a hour late without calling and letting me know . They serviced the boiler and said work was needed . Despite my chasing I haven’t heard from them again. Given I employed them on a recommendation similar to those below I don’t quite know what to think .

Next day part and replacement of PCB.
Same day response visit too.
100% would recommend.

Have been quick to resolve an issue and am in the process of having some work done. Seem knowledgable, friendly, and professional when going about their work.

They tried to revive the old boiler but it was beyond that. New one went in quickly and with minimum fuss. Fair price, especially these days.

We had no hot water or heating this week for ir 2 days and it was freezing, they sent an engineer very quickly then the part was ordered but they did not notice the boiler needed something else to do with the pressure so this was then fixed next day, had a few different guys that came but job was done.
