Good communication, easy collection process and excellent quality product.

Ordered a 30cm cube planter.

The ordering process did not allow me to use a credit card which was far from ideal.

The delivery, via Parcel Force, was far from straightforward. The excuse of it being a busy time of year really doesn't wash.

The planter is sturdy but not as pre-rusted as shown on the website. I know it will change and I can speed up the process by applying a saline wash.

Only took three months for the business to post a response!

From completely understanding what was needed for the project and advising on what would work best the vision just got better and better and the brilliant detailed drawings really helped bring the whole thing to life. The quality of the product is second to none.

We visited the store facilities first, the gentleman was very helpful showing us the options available. With this information, we were able to establish the materials required. We then ordered the material & a few days later able to collect it. We then installed the metal border & fittings, we only had a very short piece left over, which was good

Really like the products, excellent service and good prices. Only downside we sometimes is that the holes for fixing the panels together don't always line up making it hard work especially as the self tappers love to snap.

Perhaps delivery a little expensive.

Put an order in online which said 24 hours shipping. Nothing arrived so a few days later I email and get a reply saying they will ship as soon as possible. A few days later still nothing and communication is terrible. Complete waste of time and money. We chose them as we needed this quick for a job and just ended up costing us time. Been about 2-3 weeks and still don't know what's going on. Only answer i get is we are looking into this.

Overall a very positive experience with dealing with Cor ten Steel.
As a non professional landscaper, my project was something new to me and using Coreten steel was new to my contractor as well, so there was a steep learning curve for both of us. But David was very good and very quick when answering questions (usualy within 24hrs and there were a lot of questions).

The products arrived exactly on the day it was needed, packaged well and in good order.

As a newbie to this type of construction, it was not as easy and straightforward as the "how to videos" made it out to be, so more information on the website about possible issues would have been good. 

I would certainly recommend updating the website for easier use and adding more information for beginners.

I d​effinatley recommend the products and the company and will be buying again​, when I attempt the 2nd half of the garden.

Easy to install , just make sure you consider the depth of edging that you want to hold back the soil and still be potentially visible.

I'm using it to create planting pockets in a beach of a gravel garden we inherited with our house.

The Corten steel Step Risers are a Beautiful & cost effective alternative to conventional garden steps. Easy to install. Will definitely use in more projects.
