I called up ELC and they swiftly offered me a replacement or refund. This was 5pm. Next day my parcel is delivered to my work address before 11AM.
How can I not give 5 stars here?! Thank you !!!

Terrible! Bought a walker for my granddaughter there were pieces missing. Rang help centre who were not very helpful and said they would ask the supplier to send out parts. No timeline or info when this would be received.
This was a Christmas present so timing was important.
I had to buy another walker from another retailer. Then the part arrived too late.
I have rang, texted and emailed to try and arrange a return and refund. Terrible communication and no resolution.
Do not buy from this company.
We bought vouchers for a relatives…
We bought vouchers for a relatives children and hoped they would be sent promptly, certainly in time for Xmas.
Transpires, ELC sent an email for the vouchers to their own admin centre!
We are now suffering the runaround from them & The Entertainer, the parent company, who all seem pretty clueless as to how to resolve the issue.
We have asked for a refund as we have no faith in these companies to do what we have asked & what they should. Buy from them at your peril. Caveat Emptor.
Products arrive damaged and customer service is terrible
Item arrived damaged and one item didn’t arrive, eventually received refund for missing item. I returned the damaged item and received replacement which on arrival appeared as if it had been previously used, had dents and scratches on it. I contacted The entertainer again and correspondence from them was horrendous, they kept telling me I hadn’t responded to their contact via email which I had, this has gone on for over a month now and today I finally got speaking to customer service and they eventually are apparently processing my refund. Don’t buy from this company!!
Disappointed
I placed an order on the 27 August, and it has not turned up.
Its been almost 2 weeks since I placed the order, and I have called customer service twice who have only been able to confirm that the items have been dispatched. One of the customer service personnel offered to send me the tracking code 3 plus days ago and I still haven't recieved it.
One of the customer service persons offered if I didn't recieve an update if I called back they would ship the item again, so I called back and got another person who didn't know anything about this offer.
I am very disappointed, that I won't have thr items in time for my nephews birthday, especially when I ordered with over a week notice.

After the above the company have sent the 2 of the items ordered as the other two are now not in stock, give me a good will gesture.
The items didn't come in time. The items were not sent next day delivery despite telling them customer service agent that I needed them for a specific date.
Please not misunderstand this review, the customer service agents are lovely, spoke to me, but I think they are limited on what they can do to rectify the issue.
I dont think I will be using the early learning centre online again, this has felt like a whole handling, with a lack of communication 😐 so very disappointed with this service.
As of the above date still dont have thr items ordered.

Bought a play cash register from ELC
Bought a play cash register from ELC. The screw for the battery cover on the scanner was in so tight that it became damaged and the cover wouldn’t come off. ELC sent me a brand new cash register, no quibbles whatsoever. Thank you ELC!

We bought an ELC dustbin lorry for our grandson for Christmas, which he loved. Unfortunately part of the lorry cracked and we emailed the ELC Customer Service centre yesterday with photos of the crack. The same day I received an email from Elizabeth saying that she had arranged for a new lorry to be ready for me to collect at the shop that I collected the original one from. So I was able to go in today to pick it up. Elizabeth could not have been more helpful, and I am very grateful. Jackie

Next Day Delivery
I ordered on Wednesday and paid for next day delivery as it was my grandson's first birthday. An important event to me. No sign of the delivery next day. Contacted customer service and assured it was on its way. It's now Monday and when contacted they just refunded the order and said it couldn't be delivered! It's a large town so not hard to find. Really disappointing and won't be using them again. Not helpful.

Behaviour of the sales person at dubai mall branch was not acceptable. They refused to exchange the toy when it was bought the very next day of purchase.
And the quality of products on offer is not upto the mark.

As a disabled person, when I order an item I need to know where it is,(tracking), and who's delivering it. A simple, " We have dispatched your item", email, is not enough in this day and age.

Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered a number of items last Monday and made an error with the email so didn’t receive order confirmation or updates. Realised the next day and have been contacting ELC daily via email, contact form and messenger chat for help. Have received one reply which completely misunderstood what I was asking, and then no response. I have none of the presents ordered, no confirmation of posting and no one is getting back to me. Will never use again!

Poor Communication
Poor communication that they are now called the Entertainer and not ELC at some sites despite the confirmation email displaying ELC branding.
When Googling the store it was not found therefore had to go with the shopping centre opening times, 60 minute round trip to find the Entertainer doesn’t open on Sundays, furthermore - it’s odd that they don’t offer delivery on the item purchased.
I’m a new parent and won’t be using them again.

Excellent customer service.
Had an issue with a missing item from an online order. Contacted ELC on Tuesday afternoon via their online 'Contact Us Form'. Got a response in under 10 mins. After submitting the requested photos they issued a replacement, which I received the following afternoon.
I was pleasantly surprised with the speed of the response and resolution. Special mention to Eleanor and Vince, the customer service advisors who dealt with my issue promptly and professionally.
