CDS Mayfair Anmeldelser

Lauren Cosgrove was very professional and prompt in dealing with a sale and purchase of two different properties in London and Hastings. Great communication with prompt replies to any questions I had.

CDS Mayfair was excellent from start to finish. The job was mostly done by Jamie Bedford Bain, who is a superb communicator and has an impressive eye for detail. Harnaik Dosanjh also saved me a bundle by spotting something that can only be learned by experience, and taking the initiative to lead me along a tricky path that ultimately was highly beneficial. I will use CDS Mayfair as my legal representation next time I need a lawyer.

You get what you pay for. That said, the fixed fee was very reasonable.
Richard Showman was our solicitor, he was very professional and diligent.
The property sale had some complicated hurdles to overcome. Richard navigated the sale in difficult circumstances with grace.
Richard explained complicated issues in layman terms; which was a great help. He was always available, as were his professional team.
I felt in 'safe hands' throughout the process. I would recommend everyone to use Richard and CDS.

Richard Starr has looked after me incredibly well on the acquisition of our family home in SW London and the sale of our flat in SE London. He has been responsive, friendly, pragmatic, user-friendly and committed.
The sale of our flat was challenging for myriad reasons and Richard was calm throughout the process, transparent and fair on fees and always available to help us navigate the twists and turns of a complicated process to reach a result we were very happy with.
He's a class act and we enjoyed fantastic support throughout what has been a c. 3 year journey of property transactions. I couldn't have been happier with the service

I was seriously impressed with the service. My solicitor, Nabil Amoni, was prompt, efficient, and exceptionally clear and patient in explaining things to me, particularly the huge complex documents involved when you sell a property.

The contrast with the buyers solicitors was particularly notable.

Meera and the CDS Mayfair team exceeded our expectations in handling our recent property acquisition. From Meera's insightful market knowledge to the team's smooth execution, their professionalism and dedication were evident throughout. Transparent communication and a client-centric approach made the process seamless. Highly recommend Meera and CDS Mayfair for anyone seeking outstanding real estate legal services. Looking forward to future collaborations.

Pleased with the services CDS Mayfair provided us for the sale of our Flat. Professional, thorough and communicative.

I found CDS Mayfair to be quick to respond to queries, reassuring in their approach, and willing to give positive advice

I worked together for the first time on a property purchase transaction, and I was really pleased with both the fast responses, transparency, and informing the customer at every step. I especially appreciate Richard Showan's performance.

I worked closely with Richard Showan as I sold a house in the UK while living abroad. Richard was great from start to finish, clear communication, prompt follow up and a successful outcome - he made the whole process very seamless. Would highly recommend CDS

Great service and support provided by CDS who helped us purchase our new home last September. In particular, Claire Prince was fantastic in managing the process for us and was super reliable and responsive to our questions.
Highly recommend!

CDS Mayfair dealt with the sales of my property both
efficiently and professionally throughout the whole process. Mita has been brilliant from start to finalizing transactions .
Thank You CDS - Mita

I want to thank Claire, Azra and Jamie for their continuous help with my selling.
They helped me a lot, and their work was great!

Both Richard and Azra was a fantastic experience, they solved any problem very stressless for us! I myself live abroad, but they handled the transaction of the property to my son very smooth and flexible.
So I warmly recommend their services, and thanks again Richard and Azra, Best wishes from Norway.

Excellent service received. I will recommend

Had a fantastic experience with Harnaik and Azra who handled my first property purchase. Very communicative, responds quickly to queries and overall a very painless experience.

Justina at CDS was professional and efficient at all times. I was able to email or ring and receive timely responses to any questions. Having a good conveyancing solicitor removed several of the stresses that can be associated with selling a property.

Fantastic company great people competant and super fast. They have finished my first property purchase in less than 2 months probably a record. Worked with Nabil he is a top notch solicitor

Claire Prince and her CDS Mayfair team were wonderful to work with. They were excellent communicators, were on top of things, and were very responsive.

As first time buyers, we felt fortunate to have Claire as our representative and guide throughout the home purchase process. She was very easy to work with and always had, or quickly found out, the answers to any of our questions.

We recommend Claire Prince and her team for your next home purchase.
