CDS Mayfair Anmeldelser

Mita Begum from CDS Mayfair did a great job handling the conveyancing of my recent flat sale. She is extremely professional, efficient and good at communicating with all the relevant parties (estate agent, management company, solicitors and buyer/seller), making sure that we were all kept informed of progress. She is a very nice person to deal with and took a lot of the stress out of this complicated transaction. Her fee was extremely good value for money with the total bill in line with the original quote. I would highly recommend Mita and her firm CDS Mayfair for any property conveyancing work.

We worked with Zahra Mohamed in obtaining first UK tourist visa and could not recommend her enough. Very attentive and responds to any queries quick and efficient.

Having had some difficulties with a previous solicitor, I found Eleni Georgiou to be very responsive, clear and helpful in completing my sale. I would have loved to have had her working on my case from the very first day! Thank you Eleni!

We recently used Meera Savania at CDS Mayfair, for conveyancing on a flat we were selling. I was extremely impressed with Meera’s friendly and professional approach making the entire process run smoothly and, from our point of view, a stress free experience. Not only did she keep us up to date throughout the process but there were several occasions where she clearly used her expertise to resolve potential issues before they escalated further and ensure that our best interests were always maintained whilst dealing with the buyer’s solicitors.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Meera and her team at CDS Mayfair. Thank you again.

Mita Begum and her group of solicitors did an outstanding job with the sale of our old family home in London. She helped work with my 86 year old parents in a patient and caring manner and made sure all their needs were met during the sale of our beloved family home. Would definitely recommend CDS to anyone who wants a trustworthy advocate....

I had a fantastic experience with Zahra while seeking help with my daughter’s visa application. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and expertise in immigration law helped to alleviate any concerns I had. We worked with Richard Showan from CDS Mayfair to purchase our property and had an amazing experience. Richard and Meera Savania, who also helped with our case, were very responsive and helpful. We would recommend this firm's services to anyone.

After seven flat/house moves in London over 45 years, Claire Prince and Jamie Bedford Bain of CDS Mayfair carried out the best conveyancing and sale of a property that I have ever experienced! Thank you for your wonderful, calm, organized, timely and superb service!

This is my first experience with CDS Mayfair.
Very exceptional service and professional team.
Special thanks to Azra and Harnaik for completing my purchase smoothly and promptly.

We recently purchased a new property in London. As this was our first purchase there were many apprehensions and queries with regards to the end to end process.

Richard Showan from CDS Mayfair supported us immaculately throughout the process from start till end. Richard was patient in addressing all our queries and he ensured that the purchase was handled seamlessly.

We are immensely thankful to CDS Mayfair and Richard for their support and best in class legal services!!

CDS Mayfair were polite, professional and persistent when it came to helping us sell our home.

They negotiated our being in different timezones, our being non-resident in the UK and our inexperience in the market with calm and compassion - and kept us in the loop throughout.

It's a hearty recommend from us.

Richard and his team exceeded our expectations in handling our recent property acquisition. From the initial consultation to the final completion, every aspect of the process was handled with professionalism and efficiency. He demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all legal aspects were thoroughly reviewed and explained, which greatly alleviated any concerns we had as a first-time buyers.

Moreover, the clear and timely communication throughout the transaction was truly commendable. We have kept informed at every stage, promptly receiving updates on progress and any necessary actions required from our end. This level of transparency and responsiveness instilled a sense of confidence and trust in Richard and in CDS Mayfair firm.
