CDS Mayfair Anmeldelser

I selected this firm as they were recommended by the estate agent managing a property that I purchased. An estimated completion and exchange date was written at the time of my offer being accepted. Then, began a long process of trying to get clear answers and any timely and useful information about the status of the process, what was still needed, and a estimated changes to the date for the completion and exchange. I was extremely dissatisfied with the communication, which was escalated to partners in the firm. This helped some, but by then we were behind schedule for no good reason. Very disappointing.

I recently purchased my first property and Meera at CDS Mayfair helped me through out the whole process.
She’s been very responsive supportive and helpful but most importantly really thorough in her work, I would highly recommend this law firm!

Competitive and highly professional agents made my experience great!

I cannot speak highly enough of the team who handled our house sale, particularly Eleni Georgiou. From start to finish, they were incredibly efficient, responsive, and a genuine pleasure to work with. Every query was answered promptly, every step was clearly explained, and they made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable.

Their personable approach made all the difference – we always felt like we were in capable, caring hands. They truly went above and beyond, and their professionalism and dedication were evident throughout. Worth every penny and more – these are by far the best solicitors I have ever worked with. Highly, highly recommended!

Harnaik and Lauren Mead were superb. We had a very smooth conveyance. We have moved many times over the years and this has to rate as the best. We were kept informed at every stage and the exchange and completion were seamless. We had absolutely no stress whatsoever. Would recommend 100%. What a professional team with the personal touch. You are awesome. Thank you

As first time buyers, we didn't know what to expect and had a lot of questions. However, Lauren and her team were excellent at keeping us informed and clearly explaining every step. She made us feel at ease throughout the whole experience and could not have gone through the experience without her, particularly as she managed to get us completed and exchanged in just over 3 weeks! I would highly recommend CDS Mayfair, and Lauren specifically.

It was indeed a very good experience. Thanks to Justina James at CDS, we have completed our purchase despite the unhelpful seller solicitor. As a first time buyer, Justina has been patiently explained the details on a purchase, being organized on documentations. She never left phone calls or emails unattended. I would say service by CDS is remarkable good. If you are looking for a responsible solicitor, CDS is the choice.

Working with CDS and specifically Leyla Abdurrahman has been an absolute pleasure. The process was efficient, well structured and professional throughout the way. Leyla made sure that all the details were communicated in a timely fashion and she was always available to answer any questions and address any worries that we had. I would recommend the company and Leyla specifically to all my friends going forward. Very happy

Eleni, was very polite and always available to attend to me when the need arises

Excellent experience. Lauren Cosgrove did a great job and was available whenever required. We had a tight deadline to meet and ended up being well within. Highly recommend Lauren and CDS.

Michael Twum-Barima and Richard Showan, along with Leyla Abdurrahman, were incredibly instrumental and thorough in handling my purchase, and I can't thank them enough for their diligence especially given the challenges posed by the solicitors representing the lenders. Their professionalism and commitment were truly commendable. I highly recommend them; they are absolutely worth their onions!

Meera has greatly helped me securing this mortgage. I was first time buyer with little idea of the process. She was very diligent, guiding me through out the course. There were delays from the seller's solicitor but still Meera was very responsive which greatly helped me closing out before Christmas. I would highly recommend CDS Mayfair as they are professional and competent.

Richard Starr, Mita Begum and Eleni Georgiou were absolutely instrumental in helping me secure a sale despite challenging and specific requirements. They pushed fast when speed was needed, adapted creatively to overcome unforseen challenges and went above and beyond to help me achieve the best outcome. When it comes to choosing legals - quality is vital. It can make or break a deal and the long term so it's really something I've learned to not compromise on. I really can't suggest CDS Mayfair enough, I'll be a repeat client without a doubt.

I highly recommend CDS Mayfair, they are extremely professional and friendly . I can not thank enough to Meera Savania for all her support and professionalism.

CDS Mayfair were amazing. We sold and bought a property and the company helped us through the hurdles.

I had the privilege of working with Zahra as my Immigration Solicitor, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very start, Zahra demonstrated exceptional professionalism and efficiency. She reviewed my documents with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every aspect was perfectly in order.

Her quick responses and clear communication stood out, keeping me informed and confident throughout the process. Zahra’s advice was invaluable—it guided me on the right path and ultimately resulted in the successful approval of my visa.

What I appreciated most was how carefully she explained everything, breaking down complex legal terms into easy-to-understand steps, and ensuring I felt supported every step of the way. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and responsive immigration solicitor, I highly recommend Zahra.

Zahra Mohamed helped applying our daughter a British citizenship, Zahra was very helpful and thorough trough out the whole process, Zahra made it seem easy and guided us through each step with at the end a positive outcome. Again thank you so much we would have never done it without your help.

Lauren Cosgrove and the team created a seamless transaction from start to finish. Communication was very easy and as purchasers, everything was taken care for us (meaning there were zero sleepless nights). Would definitely work with CDS and Lauren again in future transactions.

Richard Showan recently helped us with our house purchase and being first time buyers he did an excellent job of making us comfortable, patiently explaining to us everything we needed to know and putting up with all our silly questions throughout the conveyancing process. I believe no one could have done a better job for us and we are grateful to have had the opportunity to have worked with him. Thank you so much! 100% recommend his service to anyone planning to buy properties.

I had a great experience with Zahra Mohamed with my immigration matter, and was able to get my Indefinite leave to remain. I appreciate all your hard work and effort with my case, and paying attention to every detail!
