CDS Mayfair Anmeldelser

Louise Waltham handled my first home purchase. She did an excellent job. I am extremely grateful for all her hard work. She was prompt to respond to my queries, always made time to discuss matters on the phone and made the entire process stress free. I cannot thank her enough. She is a real credit to CDS Mayfair.

CDS had to take over my property purchase legal work after my previous solicitor's firm ceased operating. It was done smoothly and efficiently, with Gemma reviewing the whole file and filling in gaps that would have otherwise be left uninvestigated. She answered emails quickly and explained everything in as much detail as I needed. A very positive experience with this company.

Meera Savania was excellent. She helped me with a very difficult sale through probate and went above and beyond to ensure it went through smoothly. I would highly recommend Meera and the team.

We used CDS Mayfair for the sale of our flat. Rahima and Keena were always very professional, responsive to communications, and often went above and beyond throughout the long process of the sale. A pleasure to deal with, and a very positive experience overall.

Highly recommended CDS and its staff.

Gemma Batson was fantastic throughout the sale of our house. She was professional, responsive, and kept everything moving smoothly from start to finish. We’d happily recommend her and CDS.

Lena and Antonia have been assisting me in selling my leasehold flat recently. It was not a straightforward case as there were many enquiries coming from the buyer's side and additional complexities as a result of the multiple parties involved. However, they acted professionally and diligently to bring the transaction over the line. I want to sincerely thank them and would highly recommend them and CDS Mayfair based on my great client experience. Thanks

Eleni had helped us buy our first home. I have to say - that was quite the process, and Eleni was in our corner every step of the way. She was ridiculously quick to respond to our requests (and I know I'm annoyingly pedantic), she was comprehensive, empathetic and funny.

There's no way we would've completed the deal without Eleni's guidance, reassurance, and - most importantly for me - without her being straightforward.

Eleni was a trainee when helping us - but don't let that fool you - she is a force of nature in her craft. That was one of the best services I've received in England in all our time here. A remarkable professional and a wholesome person - thank you!

Having had my original flat sale fall through, in part due to incredibly slow solicitors on both sides, I was nervous about selecting a new one. However I really didn’t need to be. CDS have been brilliant particularly Hayley Marcus who dealt with my sale. Always responsive , incredibly patient and most importantly always answers the phone. If you are looking for a solicitor to handle your flat sale I couldn’t recommend CDS more highly.

Lena Abdali and the team at CDS worked tirelessly to ensure a smooth start to finish with my flat sale, especially during difficult periods and I couldn’t be happier with their service provided.

Meera Savania at CDS Mayfair recently acted for me and my ex-spouse in the sale of a jointly owned property. She was pragmatic and purposeful in how she handled issues that cropped up during the conveyancing process, and was very thorough and diligent in her responses and follow-ups. Similarly, I appreciated Meera's thoughtful, sensible and calm communication throughout a difficult context for me personally. This shouldn't have had to be part of the job, but I felt she handled a difficult situation sensitively and professionally. I would recommend her without hesitation.

I used CDS for a flat sale. Having bought and sold multiple properties over the years this sale was potentially the most problematic (with issues on the buyers' side as well as my own). There were multiple instances where I thought the sale might fall through but Meera at CDS was brilliant - calm, knowledgeable, proactive, kept the process running as smoothly as possible, and was very responsive whenever I needed to communicate with her. Would definitely use again without hesitation. Am very grateful for her services.

We can't thank Lena and Zainab enough for their help in our process, they've both been excellent throughout and we will definitely be using their services in the future.

I recently worked with Eleni at CDS to purchase my first home, and she was excellent. She responded promptly to all my emails, and was able to answer any questions throughout the process. She ensured the process was smooth and seamless, and I would highly recommend her for anyone also about to purchase a property.

Very good experience. Keena was always available, proactive and professional! Thanks for your support in getting this transaction over the line.

I had the pleasure to work with Lena Abdali and it was really recommended. He is really prepared and it is easy to comunicate with.

Eleni Georgiou was wonderful to work with: calm, charming, and very efficient, and most importantly, responded promptly to any queries, which made for a smooth sailing of the property sale. I will definitely seek her out in the future, and cannot recommend her highly enough. Many many thanks Eleni!

I have to say that Eleni was absolutely great from start to finish, always ( literally!) available on the phone, so professional and helpful . Credit to the Company! Thank you Eleni and see you in Croatia someday.

I had a very positive experience with CDS Mayfair. The team were professional, efficient, and easy to deal with throughout the process. Communication was clear and timely, and I always felt that my matter was being handled with care and attention.

Louise was particularly helpful — approachable, responsive, and proactive in keeping things moving. It made what can often be a stressful process feel much more manageable.

Overall, a smooth and well-handled experience. I would happily recommend CDS Mayfair to anyone looking for a reliable and professional conveyancing service.

CDS Mayfair provided an excellent service to me when selling my flat and preserved admirably in what was a lengthy and sometimes complex process. I’d like to thank my solicitor, Lena Abdali, and paralegal Keena Patel. They were personable, hard working and a pleased to deal with. I highly recommend CDS and its staff.

Communication was always quick and straightforward and they were happy to answer any questions I had. I never felt rushed and it was clear they genuinely cared about getting the best outcome. Everything was handled efficiently and with a high level of attention to detail.
