I truly thank Eleni for my experience in buying my property, Eleni was very helpful and professional. Eleni was very prompt with emails and phone conversations. She made my experience amazing. Thank you so much :)

Thank you so much to Eleni Geourgiou for helping us and supported us on our whole journey of our property buying .
She was always there when needed and if any issues arise.

Great experience all round! Everyone we interacted with at the firm communicated with us really well every step of the way. We were purchasing and selling and they made the experience seamless. I was initially recommended the firm when selling my granny's house, and as a result of such a good first experience chose to use them again with our own property.

Jemima assisted with the sale of two properties and is professional and efficient. She is knowledgeable and reassuring in a stressful situation. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. I would definitely recommend and will engage again.

Absolutely amazing support from Lena and team
Worked holidays, late nights to ensure we stay on track with the completion date
Would absolutely recommend them snd def use them again

Many thanks to Eleni and her team for persevering with us through this transaction. This involved working with two of us in the United States and one in the UK on the sale of our mother's house. It took the better part of a year to get everything taken care of with the Court of Protection. Eleni stuck with us and helped see it through

Lena at CDS Mayfair was absolutely lovely to deal with throughout my first house purchase. She was super efficient, kept me updated every step of the way, and made the whole process feel really easy. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone buying a property. Thanks again Lena!

Even thought I was in Italy everything went smoothly with the sale of the apartment in London.
Everything was handled accurately online between the UK and Italy.
The whole CDS Mayfair team was great, professional and helpful.

I would highly recommend Eleni at CDS Mayfair, I used her services for the sale of my flat and purchase of my house, she was responsive and explained everything in detail.
She was a superstar and I will be recommending her to my friends and using her again in the future.
Thanks again Eleni!!

Highly Professional and Supportive CDS Mayfair Solicitors – Highly Recommended!
I had the pleasure of working with Zahra Mohammed as our solicitor for our Tier-2 visa application, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very first consultation, Zahra impressed us with her deep knowledge of immigration law, her attention to detail, and her genuine commitment to ensuring the process was as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Zahra took the time to understand our situation thoroughly, patiently answered all of our questions, and provided clear, step-by-step guidance throughout the entire application process. Her professionalism, expertise, and friendly approach made a potentially overwhelming process much easier to navigate.
What really stood out was Zahra's dedication. She was proactive in keeping us updated, ensuring all documents were in order, and even anticipating potential challenges before they arose. Thanks to her meticulous work, our application was approved without a hitch.
If you're looking for a solicitor who combines legal expertise with a truly caring and personal approach, Zahra Mohammed is the one to go to. We are incredibly grateful for her help and would not hesitate to work with her again in the future.

A very knowledgeable and quick service who understand the needs of a business and react to those needs and provide help information and how the system works

Lauren was excellent not just during the process with timely responses but also after the process when I needed something she duly obliged in quick time. It seems to be a very professional firm and am indebted to Lauren for a smooth seamless sale of my flat.

We’ve just completed our second property purchase within a year with the invaluable support and guidance of CDS.
The team is consistently accessible, responsive, and deeply committed—providing an exceptional level of service throughout. Our second purchase required a fast turnaround, and Meera, Lauren, and Richard rose to the challenge without hesitation. Their professionalism, pragmatic advice, and steady guidance made all the difference.
We’re incredibly grateful for their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CDS to anyone seeking expert property advice. We’ll definitely be returning for our next purchase.

My solicitor Michael was brilliant and helped me through everything when buying my property. He got everything done very quickly and was accomodating and supportive to me and my family.

I had an overall great experience with CDS, and was particularly impressed by their responsiveness. I was looked after by Justina James and Lauren Mead.

I was intruduced to Zahra Mohamed, after almost giving up hope concerning my immigration case. She's the most thoughtful, patient, understanding, truthful... possible the BEST! solicitor I've ever encountered. This space is not big enough to tell, the excellent work she has done. God bless you Zahra. You produced positive results on my behalf everytime.

I've been through the conveyancing process many times with other companies and its been painful. Working with CDS, and Eleni was a breath of fresh air. Totally on it, super professional, kept me updated, managed everything without delays.

Meera was recommended to us via our estate agent, I'm generally a little unsure when recommended from one company to another, however, Meera was very helpful, responsive, and diligent in her efforts with the sale of our property. Although a particularly complex lease within a portion of a historic building, Meera was able to confidently navigate us through the complexities of selling a property of this nature. I would highly recommend her for conveyancing work, and will certainly be asking for her the next time round.
