Buzz Supplies Ltd Anmeldelser

I found Buzz on a search engine after looking for 6 viterous rice bowls. Well priced so placed my order. A few days later it was dispatched and I received tracking updates. Arrived as expected exceptionally well packaged. Quality as expected. A faster dispatch would have earned 5 stars. I would use again.

very fast delivery. great price on product

really good products, on a simple to use website!

Delivery was quick, and they provided updates on every step of the process: will definitely shop here again

Fast delivery, excellent products, anti bac handwash and anti bac washing up liquid, value for money

excellent product and great prices, everything arrived promptly and without issue.
Will be back for more!

Spotted item on line. Tried to order but had an issue so made a call and was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Had a call back re delivery and installation. Item delivered on time and delivery people removed old cooker and installed new one within given timescales. Cooker works perfectly. Really pleased and would recommend...

Great service, quick delivery & value for money.
Freezer knife works really well & is of great quality.

Excellent communication, very quick delivery, recyclable tub , so no plastic 😀 👍🏼

Delivery was on time. Quality is exceptional. Really like the heavy feeling of the cutlery.

Avoid this company if your order is even remotely urgent.

I placed my order on 24 June and didn't receive it until 4 July, despite paying for Premium Courier delivery. During that time I emailed them almost every day and was repeatedly told my order would be dispatched soon or within 24 hours.

What they failed to tell me until the very end was that they were holding my entire order because two silicone spatulas worth around £12 were out of stock. One simple email or phone call could have solved the problem immediately, but instead they kept me waiting for over a week.

Because of their poor communication and disorganized management, my business launch and council inspection schedule were delayed, causing unnecessary stress and financial loss. Ironically, an order I placed with Temu on the same day arrived at exactly the same time as my order from this UK supplier.

They chose to protect a £12 sale instead of looking after a customer. I will never use Buzz Catering Supplies again and cannot recommend them to anyone who values reliable service or honest communication.

I purchased a six slice toaster and initially gave a 5 star review based on ordering and delivery. However on using the product, it does not toast the bread fully without turning the slices and the whole unit gets so hot that it is dangerous to touch. On raising the issue with Buzz on 23rd June I was asked to return the unit for service (when I don't think the product was fit for purpose and had asked for a replacement or refund) but having co-operated with the return I have heard nothing since. We have a busy cafe with no toaster - this is poor customer service - hence my new score of just one star!

Excellence service easy to communicate with and fast responses

All good!
Excellent product, price and delivery.

Able to discuss the order on the phone before I ordered. Delivered very quickly and a great product for a good price

great company, both friendly, efficient and highly professional prompt service, they get it right

Quick dispatch time. I have been using buzzcathering for a while now and have been happy with its products. However, one of the products I purchased this time is in very subpar quality.

Good pricing, good quality product, reasonably quick delivery.

Really poor customer service,
No tracking details, not even a conformation email to say that the order has gone through successfully.
Ordered a toaster and arrived slightly damaged with the orange “ON” lights popped out, so I just pushed these back in, however only 1 side of 1 side of the toaster was toasting properly (one side was considerably more well done than the other side) for this price I wasn’t satisfied. Iv contacted them to arrange a collection but they seem to just fob you off saying Thereve contacted a supplier. Communication is really poor. I just wanted them to collect this awful toaster!
Raising a dispute with my bank Tomorw.
Won’t be using these ever again.

Very poor dispatch time, my order took way to long to arrive, I don't need a reply to this review, Looking at your dispatch times & processes,

Great and easy to use and order . Great service and contact from team at Buzz. Quick delivery
