Ordering and delivery fine, packing needs attention
Ordered glasses and napkins for my village hall. Easy to find what I wanted and order. Delivery was quick. Only criticism is the packing leaves a lot to be desired (maybe somone was having an off day). Oversized box filled with shredded cardboard (a pet hate as its so messy) the 6 boxes of glasses were chucked in haphazardly, some were not sealed shut, I think it was pure luck nothing was broken. Otherwise no issues.

We do tend to use the shredded cardboard for all our orders to be as environmental friendly as possible, but I completely understand your feedback on the oversized box and how the glasses were placed.

Unfortunately our warehouse team experienced a system stock error on this occasion, meaning we were short of a glass. The team should have made contact with yourself via email or even a phone call to make you aware of this situation, I am sorry if this was not the case and I will have this looked into.
I can see a colleague was arranging a return for you for a refund, but this is yet to be sent back.

Delightful
I absolutely love the Tiki glasses and tiki chopping board, they are delightful and are a great addition to my growing collection, they were reasonably priced and delivery was prompt, I would highly recommend this company, the goods were also very well packed.

Lovely glasses
