Ordered a Bain Marie, on the basis that delivery was "3 to 5 days". Ordered on the Friday, but was told, when I rang to progress chase the order, that delivery was 3 to 5 *working* days. This translated into 11 days after the order date, or 7 working days.
As the item was needed that week, I had to source another Bain Marie from elsewhere.

Have had continued problems with this company. The crockery is good quality, just what i was looking for but the sales and communication are bad. Have just ordered 1 plate to go with 7 others I have (because they won't let you return anything so you have to buy a sample) and despite extremely accurate descriptions of the item with reference number, which i would've thought they could look up anyway, they've sent the wrong size. Am awaiting their reply. They'd better send a pre- paid returns slip and they should be refunding me the price of a replacement in my opinion. It's a pity I like the crockery so much because I do not like this company. Will be taking further action if they do not sort this out.

Order placed on 18th September for 3 items that were supposedly 'in stock'. Had to ring to chase 3 times. The first time I was told that one of the items wasn't actually in stock, but due in the following week & would be sent out straight away. Once the item was in, I still had to ring twice to get the order dispatched. Eventually recieved on 7th October. Very poor

Ordered some stainless steel bowls for home use. Delivered more quickly than promised and of good quality and price. Will definitely use them in future.

The wrong item was sent to me but this was quickly sorted out by customer services and having returned it the correct item was swifty sent.

Ordered 3 of the same item, delivery was ment to be 2 weeks after order but eventually arrived over a month after ordered. There was no communication to say delivery was late and when I contacted Buzz they said it’s coming! Not very helpful. One then arrived but the other 2 2 days after by the same courier??? Opened the boxes to find completely flimsy plastic so when I put them together they just fall apart and the lids do not stay on, they were not cheap either. Complete rubbish!

Bought a bakestone for making Welshcakes. It’s good quality and I’m pleased with it. Delivery not super fast but acceptable.

Good quality products, shipping and service, highly recommended for all your kitchen and catering needs.

Great prices, good delivery. But most of all they have a customer service team that actually answer the phone!

Small order. Cheaper than another supplier. Arrived promptly. Recommended.

The order we wanted was not in stock so Buzz suggested a different machine. When installed we reported an initial fault that seemed to correct itself but was intermittently occurring. Now, after just 10 months and very little use there is a continued problem that Buzz seem to want to suggest parts only contract. Although correct re the parts, the fact we indicated a problem on delivery and asked for a replacement immediately should have counted on this occasion. Will not be using for our new kitchen orders.

The plastic pint glasses are robust and look nice. We intend to reuse them and they appear suitable for this with a future among our party tableware.

There was an unexplained delay in the delivery although Evri warned about it.

Perfect and budget friendly supplier with genuine products

Purchased a £1500 glasswasher 12 months ago and opted for 2 years parts and labour. This I hoped would give me piece of mind knowing that any issues would be covered. Little did I know that if an issue does arise then trying to get it resolved quickly is impossible. When running a small business its imperative that things work correctly and issues solved quickly, so not having a working glasswasher over a weekend is a huge problem but then to be told an engineer would likely attend possibly by early next week, then write a report to give the company, then for them to order the part and send out and then organise the fitting of the part, is a truly shocking service. We could now be without a working glasswasher for over a week and all I get from the service department is 'well it's all covered in our terms and conditions '!! Not what you want to hear. Yes all is fine using Buzz Supplies but god help you if you have an issue with the equipment, oh and you need to pay £150 upfront deposit before they'll even schedule a service call. Next time don't be wowed by a fancy website and decent prices as the real value is when something goes wrong and how quick they can sort it. So true rating is 4 star for purchasing but zero stars for customer services.
