I did not receive my order and I called and e mailed couple of the times but you said , we have a check then even you did not proof that order delivered . In total messy company and no customer service and they did not return money . Their product not trusted. What a messy company I ve experienced if I ve had a chance to give minus 100 I could give to this company
A warranty that's not worth the paper it's written on.
Our dishwasher failed within the warranty period, so we submitted a claim. However, it turns out that, to qualify for the warranty, the customer must arrange and pay for a qualified catering engineer to inspect the machine, provide a full diagnosis, identify the required parts, and submit a professional report on their company letterhead.
This costs over £200 and takes time, all while trying to run a busy kitchen without a dishwasher. The real sting though, is that it is only a parts warranty, meaning that when their engineer comes to carry out the repair, you're charged labour costs again!
In the end, it was quicker, easier, and cheaper for us to just pay an engineer ourselves and have the issue fixed privately.
Fridge Freezer
We purchased a commercial freezer from Adexa Direct in August 2025 for business use. On 04/04/2026, we reported a significant fault where the door fell off due to a loose hinge bolt.
We were informed that this issue is not covered under warranty, which is extremely disappointing. A door detaching after only a few months of normal commercial use raises serious concerns about the build quality and assembly of the unit.
As a business, we rely on equipment being durable and fit for purpose. This type of failure is not consistent with what you would reasonably expect from commercial-grade equipment.
Unfortunately, the response from Adexa has been unhelpful, with no meaningful resolution offered.
Based on our experience, we would advise other businesses to carefully consider both product reliability and after-sales support before purchasing.

Fridge not under 5 degrees so not fit for purpose sold. Repeatedly saying there is nothing wrong with it despite spoiled goods.

Poor support service – faulty product from day one
The level of support from Adexa has been extremely poor. I received a dishwasher that has never worked since delivery. Despite this, Adexa is claiming the issue is a warranty claim, which makes no sense when the appliance was faulty from the outset.
A product that does not function upon delivery should be treated as dead on arrival, not a warranty issue. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a swift replacement or refund, Adexa has made the process unnecessarily difficult and frustrating.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Adexa due to their lack of accountability and poor after‑sales support.
Work ethic
I ordered different size item GN pan and sonme of them was sent wrong , some of them was damaged (you told me have to say in 24 hours for delivery (but damaged was not from delivery, was on the item.
And you are offering £5 vouchers. (This is for laughing) That is not fair. I am leaving you this £5. You can relax when You did spend it.
I don’t want to shopping anymore from Adexa.

awful company, delivered a fridge that had a broken door and wouldnt accept a return as we unpacked it, feels like a scam to be honest as they have a million rules as to how to avoid paying out. avoid at all costs

I ordered four products and every single one arrived damaged, with visible dents. The refrigerator didn’t even have freon, so it’s completely unusable.
Customer service is basically non-existent. I tried contacting them online and by phone, but no one responds.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Be very careful before ordering from Adexa.

I ordered two bar coolers from them weeks ago. They delivered two, one of which was not only the incorrect model but had two huge forklift fork size holes in the side of the box. On unpacking the fridge is damaged beyond use.
No phone numbers for this company, all got to automated messages saying that line is closed except one that is an incorrect number.
Company now being very obstructive in relation to replacing or refunding. Absolutely atrocious customer service.
If I could give 0 stars, I would have.
Ordered a 2 tier heating gantry
Ordered a 2 tier heating gantry. The first one the DX returned because they damaged it.
They apparantly sent a second one, and all attempts to find out about have been met with a blank wall
You cannot phone them, their chat bot makes no progress.
