An order from two weeks ago, needed urgently, had not arrived with no update - I chased and it took 4 days for them to get back as they totally closed over easter - not everyone can close their business totally like that!. They then claimed two missed delivery attempts, which was nonsense as we get deliveries all of the time with no problem and all of the couriers leave in the porch as we are a farm well off the road. They then claimed I had lied about the missed deliveries. Most likely they either didn't send them or the delivery people want to the wrong address. I would not use these people - they are rude and awful customer service

What a terrible experience !! I would NEVER recommend this company - I ordered the equipment on 18th Feb - cancelled the order and they have still NOT refunded me…..do NOT use I have since reported them to Barclays Bank

We’ve recently purchased our second Dynamic Dynamix MX050, which says everything about how good this blender is. Our first one lasted around 10 years of regular use in a busy catering environment, which is seriously impressive.

It’s lightweight, easy to handle, and powerful enough for everything we need — from sauces and dressings to soups. The variable speed control gives you great consistency, and it feels solid and well-built.

A reliable, no-nonsense bit of kit that just gets the job done day in, day out. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend — we went straight back and bought the same model again.
Delivery was quick and hassle-free, with everything arriving well packaged and exactly as expected — always a big plus when you need equipment ready to go.

Zero respect for the customer. Ordered a new microwave and received a used one that was broken!!! They wouldn't recognise anything because I didn't report it within 24 hours!!! Send a dozen photos to back up my complaints but was only offered a £30 voucher to spend with them...no way would I give them any more money!! Will never use them again. Please read the reviews and don't make the mistake I made!!!

The catering centre were so helpful when I accidentally sent my order to the wrong address. The products are brilliant quality and as you would expect to see from other leading catering retailers. I honestly couldn’t recommend more highly. I will certainly be using them for all my future catering needs.

Ordered an item 11 days ago that is showing as in stock on their website with next day delivery. Hadn’t arrived a week later so I had to chase them. Was told it would be delivered Thursday, still hasn’t arrived. I assume they are showing as items being in stock when they clearly aren’t. Kept being told they were chasing the supplier. My customer has been constantly chasing me and isn’t happy. Would not recommend. Order from elsewhere, will now be trying to get a refund.

We ordered 4 Induction Hobs, and received them within 4 working days, very fast and reliable.

REFUND NOT RECEIVED UP UNTIL TODAY 18.2.26! Avoid this company. They took full payment and failed to deliver the product on the 6.10.25. Despite repeated emails over an extended period, there has been no delivery, no clear explanation, and no response. This has caused disruption to our business. Completely unacceptable service and a total lack of accountability.

I had a few missing items from my order and as soon as I flagged this up they very quickly sent the items over the weekend, I felt they went above and beyond to ensure I have the missing items, overall I would highly recommend this website.

I paid these crooks £5000 over 3 months for a rational and was supposed to be refunded 6 weeks ago as they don’t have the stock…

Purchased a commercial Dishwasher they gave me a really long arrival date wasn’t acceptable when I said cancelled and they offered a sooner date not knowing what item was received was faulty wasted the engineer’s Time install installing it to find out the control board had water all over it inside so it looks like it’s been used or damaging transit being left out somewhere before it got delivered. Microswitch was damaged these guys are useless not taking the blame nor helping the costs for getting it repaired these and hobart disgusting should be ashamed of themselves daylight robbery
