Saverio is a real credit to Business Stream!
We recently switched our business water contract to Business Stream, and I can’t praise Saverio enough for the excellent customer service he has provided throughout the process.
When I first reached out for a quote, Saverio identified an issue with our existing supplier that needed to be resolved before we could proceed. He took the time to explain the issue and talked me through exactly what needed to happen. Once this was resolved, he provided us with a great quote and clearly explained the transfer process, as well as how he could help us get our account set up on the online portal once everything was complete.
Throughout the whole process, Saverio has been friendly, professional and incredibly efficient. His email and phone responses have been consistently quick, and he has explained everything thoroughly without ever being pushy.
It’s so rare to receive this level of customer service these days, particularly in the utilities industry, and it has genuinely made the whole process straightforward and stress-free.
Saverio is a real credit to Business Stream! Thank you for being so friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

They don’t read my water meter but send…
They don’t read my water meter but send £1200 bills to me, they took over my water line, I never wanted them and still want nothing to do with them. Worst company I have ever had any dealings with, terrible water company.
