Brand new facility that provides high…

Brand new facility that provides high speed charging. Clean, easily accessible and usually has a high availability. The download of the vat receipt after in the app is great for company car users.

The lady dealing with my query about…

The lady dealing with my query about using my BP app for the first time to charge my VW ID3 was extremely helpful and tremendously patient with me. I couldn’t hear too well, thus I was slow to carry out her instructions. After an hour I was at the final stage but the system wouldn’t allow me to complete because of my email address, which I have used for many years. - a dotted red line appeared under it. Many thanks to the lady who, sadly, couldn’t complete the application form, despite her best efforts.

Charger out of order & no reply from customer services.

The EV charger was displaying a message instructing me to remove the cable and try again. However the cable was not attached and the message would not change. I called the help line but no one answered. I charged at the zest charger and phoned the helpline afterwards and they re booted the charger. On returning to the car the BO charger was in use so the reboot clearly worked. Not much use for me as I had to use the zest charger.

Charging side of things is a doddle

Charging side of things is a doddle. Very easy But the parking bays are far too small even for the average sized ev.

Still no refund,absolute waste of time

I was Promised a refund after their charging port became faulty,not releasing the cable,this was weeks ago,they said it was sent on the 18th,still nothing,now they are not returning my emails,phone calls etc. provided some kind of reference and the bank said there is not such thing,I have been messed about and chased and chased this. The best part - I had credit on my account so shouldn’t have been charged at ALL! I just want my refund as promised,no point in you asking me to message you,you do absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Bank has now opened a dispute. I do not recommend them for the price,customer service or reliability. Much cheaper and easier options out there.

Great customer service

The operator who I spoke to “Simon” was extremely helpful and methodical with solving the issue I had with the charge card. Simon spent a lot of time on the call I didn’t feel rushed, so extremely satisfied with BP customer service, with identifying the problem and I’m sure the solution will be found quickly .

Charger not taking RFID card, customer services started charge remotely.

5 stars based on the individual that helped me on the phone and started my charge remotely. Quick, efficient service with a genuinely polite and helpful individual. Shame the charger was broken for weeks but my review is based on customer service not BPs delay in repair.

Thank you for your review and I'm sorry to hear you feel we are overpriced. Upon reviewing your recent charge session, I can see you currently have a pay as you go account with us. You can get the tariffs at a 20% discount by becoming a subscriber for £7.85 a month should you use the public charge units often.

We also review our tariffs on a regular basis, and I will pass your feedback on to the relevant department.
