Friendly, helpful customer service over the phone. First time using BP Pulse card at a charging point so wanted to check it was all working fine. Had to wait in a queue but not that long.

The 4 chargers at Rossdowney Waterside Derry Co. Londonderry were not working yesterday. Your service is unreliable. For months 2 of your chargers were not in service also.When it is available the cost per KW is exhorbitant

Used BP pulse regularly and no problems. Used it Friday via the app at EV station on Roman bank at Skegness and stopped the charging at 80% on the app but it would NOT disconnect from my car until 100% due to possible bad connection. I think i will now be resorting to other suppliers....

Broken chargers , low charging kWh absolute nightmare to even get the charge card & I have given up after several attempts and emails with customer service .

Only allowed to pay by the app absolute faf I would avoid at all costs it's a complex process just to collect your data

This is terrible, went to a funeral today and thought I'd get some charge, couldn't see the display for the sun and how dirty it was. It connected then cut out, so no charge. The registration process was a nightmare, defo one to avoid.

Great customer service - 24hrs which was super helpful - the lady understood and raised a case for me and then the issue was resolved with the £10.00 refund ( as a good will gesture ). My only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to the issue in the first place which wasn’t clear on the App for the site I was at all. I fully appreciate and agree with the £10.00 overstay free to keep chargers moving - however it just states after 90 mins a over stay will be added - I had assumed that you had 90 mins grace ( due to being at a Hilton Hotel site ) after you had finished charging - but it appears that’s not correct - you only have 90 mins allowable charge then you get added £10.00 per hour on top of the charging fee … this should be made clearer - as I had legitimately charged for a couple of hours - then at about 23:30 before bed; went out to stop the charge to move the car so I didn’t get c£70 of charges for leaving it there while I slept - so surprised I got the charge - quick resolved and told only a one off . What was annoying was due to being in a hotel - made the effort to get up and move but both bays were still empty in the morning due to a hotel - its not a service station where I’d understand the charge a bit more - Apparently the slower chargers on the same site don’t have this charge but they were being used and I couldn’t risk no charge … the app also talked about an overstay fee for them so I assume that’s for when your fully charger etc.. I will avoid BP pulse if I can as not forward and I will only go for a min charge on the off chance that the £10.00 per hour after 90mins will kick in .. as I say good service to resolve and the gesture of goodwill - although because I made the effort to comply and the app wasn’t clear still not 100% sure it was my fault and was a gesture of goodwill as should be clearer.

The charging equipment is not user friendly I.e I did not find it easy to use. But one could phone for help - which made the process workable. But I noticed other motorists turning up and leaving without charging up.

The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and took time to give me additional information about types of charging points etc as it was my first time charging the car. She was friendly and informative without being patronising. She was looking up more local charging points for me and selected the most appropriate for my needs. She was perfect for customer care.

The stop button didn’t stop my vehicle charging and the app charged me twice . 89p per kw is very expensive . Would not recommend using this charging supplier !
