The task was quite easy, and the staff were very helpful during a stressful time, making the whole process smooth and straightforward. The van was tidy and easy to drive, with more power than I had expected. Overall, a great experience!

Second time of using
Having used Bargain Rental before, I thought I would do it again. A little frustrating at first as my card would not work but they said not to worry as I could pay cash when I picked the car up, which I did. Small car but only myself and my daughter. Helpful when picking up and even helped with putting cases in car. Only negative was the fuel flap was hard to open and we broke our nails trying to open it. Drop off was easy also. Will use again when I return

Older US driver.In new zealand
I was making my sixth and final visit to New Zealand. Bargain rentals made my nostalgic tour of favorite places on the East Coast possible.Their staff was so helpful; I will always have special memories because of their exceptional exceptional customer service. Good service and easy process
The website made bookings easy. There was some confusion on how to contact the taxi service at the airport (Wellington), but once I had that sorted, everything else went well. Cars were good (have hired three).

Happy with renting an older vehicle - Nice Surprise
Check in was great, and the team drove the car closer out of the rain so I could put my luggage in. Cars are as advertised - older with high mileage. Car I rented was clean and drove well!
