Great people Harry was a name to remember full of energy when you asked about you s city of Christchurch the process was super user friendly to obtain a car. Were most companies ask for credit cards bargin rentals understand not everyone has this option so they offeredtok use my debit card which was extra handy thank you guys

I had to change my booking and staff made it so easy, then pick up at the airport, I was not sure on where I was meant to meet and again the driver was so patient and waited for me. Easy process for picking up the rental car, with the shuttle service and only a few minutes from the airport. Pretty reasonable hire rares too. All in all, I would highly recommend

I decided to rent through BRC because of the great prices offered. Tina in Auckland was friendly, helpful and efficient. The vehicle was older but in perfect running condition. Transfer from the airport to their off cite location was quick and easy. I can certainly recommend BRC and will use them if I ever visit NZ again

I felt it important to write about the excellent experience I had when I hired a vehicle from BRC. The excellent experience was from booking the vehicle to pick up and drop off. All the staff were helpful, providing clear and detailed information that I needed to understand as a customer. They explained rental and insurances cover in depth and emails confirming bookings and receipts were sent immediately. I am so grateful to have experienced this with your staff. I had a negative experience a month previously with an online booking agency based overseas and I believed I had paid in full for a booking however when I went to pick up the vehicle, it was insurance only. Then insurance paid did not cover full etc etc it was very confusing. So I will never book online with overseas website again and prefer to trust in our companies based here in NZ and will book directly on their website.

Excellent customer service from the Silverdale team with pickup and drop off, and the phone support team when I needed to extend my hirage at late notice. Very professional and accomodating at all times. Vehicle well presented and value for money.

Very easy to book the car I wanted online and felt it was a reasonable price. The customer service was excellent, will definitely be using again.

Car went well and people were good to deal with, good value for money. Just nowhere to park when they have all their cars there.

The whole experience was great. The shuttle bus arrived quickly and the whole process was quick and easy. The car was good and the location was perfect for us.

Our group hired 3 x 12 seater vans and 2 x luggage trailers. The vans were older but well maintained, clean and well-suited to our group. The experience at pick up and drop off was welcoming and friendly (Liam) as well as efficient and thorough (Michael).

Bargain Car Rentals - Brisbane. Car was collected and was in good conditions - except the remote battery didn't work, or the internal light. Upon return of the vehicle - we were asked if there was a any new damage, to which we replied - NO. We did not wash or vacuum out the car prior to returning it but it was in a "clean and tidy condition" as no food, drink, or mud had been trampled into the car. A few days after leaving Australia, we received a bill for $300.00 on our Credit Card - for 5 hours of cleaning (the whole rental cost was $250.00) - we wrote to Bargain and they replied that this had been discussed with us - IT HAD NOT. I would suggest NEVER renting from this company and I will spend as much spare time as I have ensuring this no one else has to go through what we have had to endure. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Excellent customer service....We have rented a few different vehicles from all sorts of businesses and BRC is the best. (Close to home, great staff, affordable prices.) Have refered whanau and friends.

Staff at pickup and dropoff was helpfull and patient. I got a better and bigger car than I had expected based on the vehicle class I had chosen for hire. The price was by far the cheapest I could find. Car was in overall very good condition. Only the camera for reverse gear did not work and the car always steered slightly to the left (very slightly!). For the price I paid nothing to complain about. Top value for money!
