Amazing service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very quick pick up from the airport. Great detail and advice given. Smooth drop off experience as well. All that for a great price was even better. Would highly recommend.

These guys were super friendly and professional. A much higher bar than I'm used to with car rental. They made for a surprisingly great experience, and I couldn't recommend them more highly.
The office is just outside the airport, and the shuttle runs constantly right outside the terminal, so it's way easier than waiting inside the terminal at one of the huge queues. Awesome.

Booking, pick up and drop off were all totall hassle-free and easy. Price was unbeatable and the car was perfect for what I wanted. The staff were helpful and the office was nice and warm.

We used BCR for a family holiday recently, we were let down by another provider last minute leading to the half term holidays and despite the high demand, BCR found us a car that was ideal for our family of five. Delivered on time and in immaculate condition, we weee very relieved. We would, without doubt, use BCR again. Thank-you

Excellent price excellent service

Bargain Rental Cars Grey Lynn was very helpful and courteous. It was my first time driving on the left side of the road, and Yanitz and his team helped me, making me feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend them. I am definitely going to use their services again.

Made a booking request on their website for a 7-seater Highlander and received an email asking me to call them. I wasn't able to for a day or two, in which time I received another email with a quote for a completely different car (a RAV4 which is a 5-seater, despite the fact I had filled in their form on the website specifically stating I needed a 7-seater). Managed to call them and was told the Highlander wasn't available and was again offered the RAV4. I told them that I needed a 7-seater car and they told me they don't have any 7-seaters available. What a complete waste of my time. Is the Highlander just listed on their site as clickbait? Maybe. Either way, what's the point in having a form asking for the number of passengers when you completely ignore it? Avoid.

Car was excellent, fuel was filled already and what I was shown , I got . Plus the drop off was quick and smooth.

The team are extremely helpful and professional and easy to deal with. The vehicle suited my needs perfectly. The car was clean and tidy and was all that I required for driving around Auckland.

Just rented a car for two weeks again in Auckland. This time from the airport (usually use Mt Wellington but easier this visit)
As always over the years, there really is nothing I can fault. Great free upgrade, exceptional service throughout from start to finish. Impressed their premium location fee is very reasonable.
I never even consider alternative companies in Auckland now for four years since I found them.

Booking process easy & confirmation for hirage of our car was fast.
We were picked up & dropped off right outside the airport. Rental location was only minutes from the airport. Proffessional, friendly & reliable business to deal with. The Hybrid car was awesome and great on gas. Seat a little stained but other than that our car went really well and a really reasonable price

The hiring and premium insurance pricings are really reasonable. The entire process was smooth and pleasant. Insurance coverage was clearly explained. Staff is friendly, and the car very clean and well kept. Will definitely come again and recommend to friends.
