Excellent experience!
Excellent company! I was initially slightly disappointed when I booked, as I wanted to change a couple of things and couldn’t actually talk to anyone. However, the online help desk was very helpful and got back to me straight away. The car I had was in really good condition and we had a great time driving across the North island. ALL of the staff that I met were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely book again! 😊

BRC is offering good prices and great service. Their website is clear about everything you need to arrange.
The information and guidance tobuscas customer flying in from The Netherlands.
After a call they picked us up at the airport and so we got our car in a precious way.
The drop off was the same experience.

I was impressed by the staff and…
I was impressed by the staff and service that the Bargain Rental Cars provided us. We have rented one of the SUV and the car was clean and no smell. No hussle with the pick up and drop off. Customer service at Glenfield branch was great. Thanks to Christina. For the price that we have paid for the SUV was worth it. We would definitely rent a car again with Bargain Rental Cars.

Incredible customer service
The Hamilton Frankston branch were unbelievably helpful, they knew I was in a rush to get to an event and helped me get into the city from the airport. They were beyond accomodating and it was the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Car was old - But ran like a dream!
Car was old, rough {bumps n dents from stone chips} on the outside but ran perfectly. Got all the way to Nelson and a lot more on one tank of gas. Although the outside was rough, the inside was fine. Due to its age I couldnt use the naviation well, but they had a charge cable fitted so that worked for my charging my phone at least. Took a family of five from Christchurch to Nelson and back without any concerns. I was a little surprised how easy and cost effective the whole process was.

Great service.
We got picked up quickly at the airport. Our car of choice was upgraded? to a ute. Not such a comfortable ride as a car but was great for all our luggage and being diesel it made our holiday cheaper. Drop off was quick too. Great service.

Visiting from a different country? No problem!
Coming from a different country and not knowing the layout of the land, (so to speak), the folks working the car rental were really accommodating. When we arrived at Auckland airport we were stopped by security for about an hour before they let us through. The hotel we booked for the first night was walking distance from the hotel. Because we were later in the evening, 11:30 p.m., we needed assistance in knowing where to go. One of the parking area at the airport was able to call Bargain Rental dispatch for us where we were able to speak to a person. The person turned out to be the driver. He advised us on what to do in the morning which was to wait for the shuttle a 5 minute walk from the hotel and let them know of our unforseen situation the night before. We followed his directions and when we got there the driver who took us there and the gal who gave us our vehicle were kind, understanding, explained everything we needed to know clearly and gave us tips for our trip. I wish I could remember their names but they were awesome! Mahalo *:)

Really easy from booking online to…
Really easy from booking online to dropping off. They were responsive to emails when I emailed asking for pictures of the different vehicles before choosing the one to hire out. The two guys at the pick up (sorry didn’t grab their names - two Islanders guys) were easy as to work with, helpful and efficient and were really understanding and flexible. When we dropped off, Jovan was so helpful in explaining the drop off process and making it a really smooth process.
