Excellent service from Demi who works at the Stargate Meadows site for chasing up our referral offer. One less star just due to how long it took from the previous saleswoman.

We would like to thank Karen at Cherry Meadow for the excellent job she did as our sales advisor. From the very first meeting, she was welcoming, professional, and easy to talk to. She explained everything clearly, kept us informed at every stage, and always took the time to answer our questions in detail.

What really impressed us was her friendly and caring attitude. Buying a home can feel stressful at times, but Karen made the whole experience much more enjoyable. She had a way of making us feel comfortable and confident in every decision, and her knowledge of the process gave us real peace of mind.

Karen went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported, and we are truly grateful for her help.

Luke at the wickets made the reservation process seamless and was able to answer all my questions about plans that I had.
While I appreciate seeking a house is a sales role, Luke was not pushy gave me the time I needed to make sure this was the right decision and even helped me with the local nursery location.
Also I appreciated the honesty about where the house will be ready which was really helpful for me to plan in my budget.

We have just taken possession of our Ashberry home on the Forster Park, Stevenage development.
The quality of the home is amazing, with just a few minors, that are being sorted as I write this review.
The process has been managed throughout out very well indeed and keeping us informed as the build was being completed.
We would like to mention two individuals that have gone up and beyond to make we are happy with the house.
So, a special thank you to Matt Dsouza and his team for all he has done for us managing the house and any alterations we had were done, making sure our dreams come true, we also like to say a massive thank you especially to Agie Kuciak Sales Advisor and rest of the Sales Team for their help with making us aware of the products that are available and sorting out many of the questions that we have had.
Ashberry have delivered on their promise of a quality build in the time line they gave us.

The bungalow we have reserved is just perfect and the staff in the sales office have been knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and friendly.

We were given a lot of helpful information when we visited the sales office. Michelle explained the purchasing process very clearly.
Any queries we have had are promptly answered.

Michelle was very informative when we made our enquiries.
She was so helpful with any questions we asked and held our hand over the phone as we signed contracts.

Being a first time buyer I want to appreciate how the team has been very helpful.
Literally they held my hand from reservation to moving inIts been a month and no regrets.The experience has been amazing.

Jos at the Blandford site was absolutely amazing! She was very patient with us and showed us around any plots we wanted to see (including multiple visits). Jos knew the site extremely well and her knowledge was truly amazing.
The houses are very well built and, although the finishes aren't exactly what we would have chosen, I understand that a number of upgrades are offered depending upon the time of order.
Would highly recommend Ashberry Homes and would use again in the future.

Ashberry Church View Callerton Newcastle Upon Tyne, totally unfinished estate, road still with temporary base, paths unfinished, landscaping areas are embarrassing, just finish the estate Please 🙏

Our experience with Ashberry Homes began positively. The team initially presented themselves as professional and knowledgeable, and the build itself was completed efficiently and to a high standard.
However, after paying the reservation fee, we encountered several frustrations. The sales team repeatedly warned us that any delays from our legal representatives could result in the loss of our plot. Despite our efforts to explain that these matters were beyond our control, the response we received was largely unsympathetic. We were also disappointed that requests to view the build’s progress—to better plan our interior design—were not well accommodated.
Post-completion, the most significant concern has been the ongoing maintenance and site management. The grass throughout the estate remained overgrown for nearly a year, numerous newly planted trees have died, and the general appearance of the development is already beginning to deteriorate. As the site has not yet been adopted by the local council, responsibility currently lies with Ashberry Homes.
Based on these experiences, particularly regarding post-sale care and communication, I would be hesitant to purchase another property from Ashberry.

So far so good. We have dealt with Jordan at Great Dunmow Grange, Beaumont Park. She has been absolutely fantastic in the way she’s looked after us. Cannot wait to move into our brand new home in October . Jordan is an absolute credit to Ashberry Homes, positive , helpful, informative and welcoming.

A pleasure from the start. The houses are gorgeous and in a great place but the best part of the process so far is the way that we have been looked after by the sales rep, Eve.

The sales advisor Jordan was so helpful and friendly and I felt like she really cared and wants me to be happy. She explained everything so well and went above and beyond to please me and make it a good experience. I was not rushed at all and felt like she really took the time to make me feel comfortable.
