The product came damaged and missing parts. Quality is very poor.

They make it extremely difficult to return the item by requiring it to be shipped to China.

Absolutely my fault… I only checked reviews after ordering. I ordered to lamp shades which came in delivery time (which is 7-14 days!!!!), I guess that’s how long it takes to get it from China…
Two deliveries, one delivered to wrong address. Lampshades were packaged a way that they were both scratched inside, and where the lightbulb goes, the metal was already rotten in BOTH. The lightbulbs were supposed to be LED energy saving ones, they were boiling hot in about a minute so needed to replace them.
The bulbs needed complete refurbish, cable wise (luckily there is an electrician in the family), after re-wiring we hung them, we so they’re cricked… but at that point I couldn’t care less, we just put them back in shape.
I contacted customer service, I have to give it to them, they replied… but I was accused that the photo shows discrepancy… haha… they’re an absolute joke.
If it wasn’t for our skills, both lampshades would be in the bin.

Order was two weeks late, and didnt have the right products. Avoid

Do not use this company.

The delivery was shocking long wait and no notification that a product had arrived in a pick up

I believe this is to make me pay the shipping costs back to. China .

It is a terrible scam as far as I am

I have just written off the money and treated it like I was robbed because that is how the whole experience has left me feeling.

Absolutely rubbish company.

The Japanese-style rice paper pendant light I ordered arrived damaged, with a hole in the shade itself. Looking at the reviews, my heart sank. However, Michelle and Irish from the Customer Care Team were at all times extremely helpful and professional. My replacement arrived a few weeks later in perfect condition this time and looks great.

It’s a scam, items not sent

DO NOT USE… bought a light and it turns out they are a company based in China! Item is taking an age to turn up… its got to the point where ive almost given up hope… keep getting useless AI generated emails telling me there have been delays but dont worry its on its way… what a waste of time!

Extremely misleading images for what turn out to be poor quality products. Returns are to be paid by the customer to CHINA!! Wth?
Also, I've never, ever had an online order generate so much unnecessary email. Ridiculous. I gave up trying to get a full refund, accepted 30% and will keep the goods. I'll try and recoup my loss on FB marketplace.
Steer clear of these shysters

I ordered a ceiling lamp and it was delivered within 13 days. I read poor reviews after I had placed my order and was a bit worried. Luckily I cannot complain. I got regular updates without prompting and time frame. The lamp arrived on time and it was well-packed. It looks as beautiful as in the pictures on the website.

Don’t be fooled by the website, these are poor quality products shipped from China. Cheap, plastic and impossible to return unless you want to pay the shipping back to China. If only I’d seen the reviews on this website before I wasted my money. Please think twice before buying from this company.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE CROOKS

They are a Chinese business posing as a UK company with a UK trading address. The items are of poor quality and if you want to return the item you have to ship the items to CHINA at your own cost. This is against the law in the UK. They are refusing to cover postage and as such I’m having to raise a chargeback because of this, its extremely difficult to deal with them. Purchase elsewhere - not this junk

Edit: chargeback was successful since they were obviously breaking consumer law. Don’t accept a voucher- this is exactly what they want.

Don’t trust this company - it’s cheap tat from China with a fancy website.

Took weeks for delivery (as you would expect), and items arrived faulty. Despite long distance selling regulations customer services just ignored us. So we ultimately had to do a charge back via our credit card provider to get our money back.

Unsurprisingly the credit card provider found in our favour and reimbursed us. Ashbury Home then got back in touch asking us to ask our credit card provider to reverse the decision and they would reimburse us - i didn't believe a word. Clearly very unethical business practices going on here.

Regret shopping with this company - will never use them again.

I placed my order and almost immediately received an email to inform me that my order may be delayed?
In total I waited 18 days and it turns out that this company although registered in the UK ships stock direct from China!
The item that finally arrived is ok... but there was no mention on their website that shipping would take so long. I would not use again!

Ordered 2 wall lights, very clear Comms throughout. One of the bulbs that came with the light was faulty, I reported it and it got resolved pretty quickly and a new bulb was sent to me. Good service will use again.

Terrible experience, you can’t return anything. They claim it’s because they are eco but everything is from China.

I wanted to return two lamps but they refused to. It is crazy, I would buy from them hopefully this is a good warning for people

This company is a scam. They put on their website that returns are welcome within 100days but that is an absolute farce as the requirements are to return the item to china. Do not buy from this company.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid and once more AVOID. This is a drop-ship outfit from China.

I ordered 3 lights all very low quality!!!!!!

Any returns must be send to China, meaning your stuck with the lights unless your prepared to pay for the cost of shipping all the way to China, which is will wipe out the or severely reduce the value of the refund - if you ever receive it.

My fault for not looking into them - Please don't make the same mistake I did.

Made a similar mistake and didnt research this company properly. Wanted a light fitting quickly. Shipping from China even though said fast shipping. Haven't received it yet and realise complete waste of money. Avoid this company.
