Very accommodating and explained everything very clearly to me. The price for my renewal was completely fair. Overall no complaints!

I actually thought choice Motor insurance was good and genuine, but I was wrong, their communication skills are terrible, I also found them very inconsiderate and heartless, I made one genuine mistake on my application, by ticking the wrong box and i sincerely mean it, I was absolutely gutted to find out i made such a mistake, at the end of the day we are only human, I would've appreciated it if they'd just got on the other end of the phone and just make me aware of it, I would've been more than happy to cooperate with them whatever I was required to do, instead they were very quick happy to threaten me with cancellation, forcing me to go through the agony of paying an additional £300.00 to seek insurance on the same day. The most frustrating thing for us poor customers who are just about making ends meet, is when some insurance companies jus refuse to meet you half way to try and resolve an issue when we make a genuine mistake. I would be very careful before taking out a policy with choice.

This has to be the most pathetic insurance company i have dealt with in over 30 years, 30 minutes on the phone checking this that and everything else asking questions I've never been asked before. Then after the cancellation period has run out they want proof of address license summaries inside leg measurement. never been asked for any of this before 1 hours worth of work on my part. They are garbage.

Just in reply to your reply below. You know exactly who I am, we had a big enough row and i told you where the 1 star reviews were going. You didnt try to help you just tried to lie to me and ask unlawfully for info after the fact with the threat of cancellation. I dare you to try it.

My experience with my call today, was something some places
Do not make you feel, I felt listened to, treated aa a human.
And genuine wishes on my health returning
Also the understanding to my situation, and the ripple effect it had on my finances.
This is what you hope for, when life is already proving to be a bit hard.

The fast and easy process for getting my insurance

There were errors/assumptions on the insurance documents because those fields don't exist on the comparison website questionnaire. Plus I was asked to clarify info that was already confirmed. I took time out of my day to rectify the errors/assumptions (after being on hold for ages) and the member of staff parrot fashion read out an entire new quote and then said that on this occasion the changes would be made with zero charge and there would be no increased premium. When I said "I should hope so" - she simply didn't have the ability to grasp how ridiculous that was, and instead, told me that they would normally make charges for making policy changes. When I tried re-explaining that I wasn't changing anything that I had provided, she just kept repeating that changes normally incur charges, and implying I should be grateful that they were changing (their own errors/assumption) for free. Just a very strange and frustrating call.

**Impossible to Speak to Anyone**

We currently have two insurance policies with A-Choice and have tried twice to contact them about the renewals.

On the first call, we were left on hold for around 30 minutes. On the second call, we waited for more than 22 minutes and still did not manage to speak to anyone.

This is extremely poor service, especially when an existing customer is trying to renew two policies. We are now seriously considering moving both policies elsewhere unless A-Choice contacts us promptly and resolves this.

Charged £50 to change address when we moved house! Ridiculous
