Cancelled my son's insurance without…
Cancelled my son's insurance without justified reason, said it was his job as a labourer.
Insurance paid off for the year with 2 weeks to go so loses his 1 year no claims. No issues with his driving had a black box

I have received numerous emails and text messages threatening to cancel my insurance due to “non-payment”, including on occasions when my direct debit had already been successfully taken- in one instance, I received the message twice after payment had been collected.
I contacted customer service to try to get to the bottom of the issue but my experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service agent, Prudence, hung up on me while I was trying to resolve the matter. I was also told that the email I had received had not been sent from their side. However, when I asked for an email address so I could forward the communication for investigation, I was given the exact same email address that had previously sent me the payment warning. Mind you this is the second time in less than a week I was told my policy was cancelled.
I feel I now have to check my emails multiple times to see if my insurance policy is still okay or if they are threatening me again. Probably the worst car insurance company I’ve dealt with but have consistently caused me anxiety.

My son is a student
My son is insured with A Choice. After him feeling a bit hard done to on his driving score because of late night driving, and being charged a further £50 admin fee to change the fact he was now going to a University, still a student . Had a few calls with A Choice about this, and it wasn’t the best experience. But recently had a call from Kate from Customer Services and she was absolutely lovely and very helpful explaining why these things had happened. So I changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars.
